Patrick, I do think to review this copy watch you could have done some research on the internet. This would have made for a more informative review even if you were unable to have a real one to compare. One example is when you adjust the time you have to turn the winder backwards to make the hands go forward, this you did not mention. I do own a brand new Daytona 116520 and it is a fantastic watch.

I cannot understand why people complain about the strap or anything else on this watch. When all said and done it's a replica, it's a copy, it's a fake so stop complaining and go buy one as I have and I think they are fantastic for the price. I own a replica Rolex Datona. That one is a good looking copy. But they are only for occasional night out wear. If you wore it everyday the gold plating would soon wear of. Also they are much lighter in weight because the are made of alloy metal, and solid gold is very heavy. But for a fun night out watch they are great.

Reading some of the comments, I don't think people know what the Daytona is. The Daytona is a stop watch. The two smaller buttons on the side are start/stop and reset buttons. The big second sweeping arm (on the main dial) stays still until the stop/start button is pressed. The 2 small dials at the 10 o'clock and 2 o'clock serves as minutes and hours that pass. The small second hand dial at 6 o'clock is always running and is the default current time. Still, this fake is very well made. Couple of things that stand out right away is that the crown on the strap clasp is a separate piece soldered on. It should instead be a solid piece crafted entirely from one piece of metal. Also, on the back plate, there is no engraving of the Rolex name.

Sorry, but you obviously don't know how a chronograph works. The "buttons" are not working as they should. Look at UA-cam videos that teach the use of a chronograph. But this is a fine looking watch and it tells the time as a watch should do - who cares about a stopwatch. For fourty dollars you have got a fine watch on your hands
You can tell a Fake Daytona immediately, the seconds hand is located on the bottom sub dial. and moves all the time. the large seconds hand only moves when you operate the Chronograph making it immediately recognisable as a fake.
The Valjoux and Zenith movement Daytona had the seconds hand/subdial at nine o'clock. This fake is trying to look like the in-house 4130 movement, and I have an authentic current model, and the seconds hand and seconds subdial are at six o'clock and the seconds hand moves continuously as it should.
This "reviewer" makes no sense whatsoever. He admittedly has never held or even seen a genuine gold Daytona; yet, he purports to review and comment upon this counterfeit model. Hard to even imagine a more pointless exercise in pointlessness.
This video is over 4 years old and at that time I have not had a genuine Daytona to compare. Therefore I obviously didn’t know what to look for. Either way, it is mentioned that this was a joke present, it’s obviously really bad quality and you can see it’s not real within a second. Nowadays I have reviewed several genuine Rolex watches (several more videos to come) including the newest Daytona model.

As opposed to the real one it has really big crown guards and the clasp is definitely not right, also the print is too thick and the sweep of that seconds hand is really jumpy when compared to the genuine article.

to be honest this is a very poor replica I have seen replicas where the chronograph actually work, the watch seem fake and crappy but for $40 I would say is a fair price! You can see the different color between the case and the band looks really bad!
As soon as I see the chronograph hand sweeping, I know it's likely to be a fake anyway. The large sweeping hand is the chrono hand, not the second, so a massive giveaway anyway. That bracelet is one of the worst POS I have ever seen and heard.....

You can tell a Fake Daytona immediately, the seconds hand is located on the bottom sub dial. and moves all the time. the large seconds hand only moves when you operate the Chronograph making it immediately recognisable as a fake.
true, however good fakes have either a batter movement with a smooth second hand(chrono) or a swiss copy with a chronograph fuction.

The Valjoux and Zenith movement Daytona had the seconds hand/subdial at nine o'clock. This fake is trying to look like the in-house 4130 movement, and I have an authentic current model, and the seconds hand and seconds subdial are at six o'clock and the seconds hand moves continuously as it should.
This "reviewer" makes no sense whatsoever. He admittedly has never held or even seen a genuine gold Daytona; yet, he purports to review and comment upon this counterfeit model. Hard to even imagine a more pointless exercise in pointlessness.
This video is over 4 years old and at that time I have not had a genuine Daytona to compare. Therefore I obviously didn’t know what to look for. Either way, it is mentioned that this was a joke present, it’s obviously really bad quality and you can see it’s not real within a second.
Nowadays I have reviewed several genuine Rolex watches (several more videos to come) including the newest Daytona model.

there are 300-400$ reps and even retailers got problems with saying difference before you buy you got qc pictures and if you dont open them and check mechanism as a clocksmith you can seriously say the difference :)

As opposed to the real one it has really big crown guards and the clasp is definitely not right, also the print is too thick and the sweep of that seconds hand is really jumpy when compared to the genuine article.

i´ve a yellow Gold Stainless Steel Daytona.your watch is actually a good fake but there are a couple of things that Shows me that it is a fake first the big timer for seconds is only moving if you´ve started the Chronograph and at your watch it´s always running but the rest is quite good :)
I would not buy a fake/replica and wear it myself. I just thought it was interesting to show how those copies look like. If I would have a real one I would make a video of that. ;-)

Honestly I doubt a $190,- fake is going to look anything close to the real thing! Just not possible and even if it looks ok from far, it’s mostly about the thing if someone who wears a fake Rolex would be able to afford a real one in the first place.
