Hi, in the cut crease eye makeup, should we wait for the concealer to dry out completely? And if not, how much time should we wait.
Because my problem statement is, I tried cut crease once and started applying the shimmer while it was still a little wet, I felt like ny concealer was absorbing the eyeshadow/shimmer and couldn’t give a shiny look! I don’t know what went wrong!
