    Ingredients for Kadayif with Custard:
    2 spoonful butter
    200 grams roasted kadayif
    4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
    1 cup crushed walnuts
    For the custard:
    4 tablespoons of flour
    3 cups of starch
    1 cup of granulated sugar
    1 liter milk
    1 pack of whipped cream
    1 pack of vanilla
    Preparation of:
    First, melt two tablespoons of butter in a pan. Add 200 grams of roasted kadayıf and 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar and fry for 2-3 minutes. We add 1 cup of crushed walnuts on top of our kadayifs, stir fry for 1-2 more minutes and start preparing the pudding.
    Add 4 tablespoons of flour, 3 cups of starch, 1 cup of granulated sugar and 1 liter of milk to another pot and cook by whisking until it boils over medium heat. After taking it from the stove, we add 1 pack of whipped cream, 1 pack of vanillin to our warm pudding and whisk for 4-5 minutes.
    We spread half of the kadayif on the tray and pour the pudding on it and smooth it out. Sprinkle the remaining kadayifs over the pudding. You can serve it by slicing after resting in the refrigerator for at least 4-5 hours. Enjoy your meal.
