This video will help you to learn What is torque?
What is torque?
When we look at a door, we should not look at it as a rectangular wooden piece. If it that was true we will not be able to open it
We must Look at it as a rotating object
Which is Rotating about a fixed axis hinged at one of its sides
For entering a room, we first have to rotate the doorknob.
And then You either push the door or pull it depending on the type of the hinge.
If you remember what we learned in kinematics, the word push or pull represents Force
We are applying the force on the handle of the door in order to rotate the door but in this case, the force alone is not responsible for the rotation.
There is something else in action here
It is the distance from the axis to the point at which we apply the force.
this combination is known as Torque.
As push or pull denotes force, twisting creates a torque which is the rotational equivalent of force.
Torque causes rotational motion of that object about one or more axes that pass through its center of mass. It is denoted by the greek symbol TAU
Mathematically, Torque about a point is defined as the vector product of position vector and the force-torque is a vector which is perpendicular to both the position vector and the force vector
As a result, the torque is a vector, perpendicular to the plane defined by position vector and force.
The direction of the torque is given by the right-hand thumb rule.
To apply the right-hand rule, put the fingers of right hand along the position vector and bend them towards Force vector, the direction of thumb will give the direction of torque

The music background makes me distract to listen the voice. On next video kindly avoid putting music background if you able want to discuss a lesson, so that the listener can understand fully what you saying.

yesss
Lol its free content, its not paid
Really
The very tru
explanation is good but background music is loud
Wonderful teaching, thanks 🙏

Very nice explaination
Background music was loud 🔊 and it didn't allowed me to focus properly. Otherwise video was awesome
Lol background music is soothing , without it just like a school classroom..
@@amgo6838 but it's too loud the explanation is barely audible
Very beautiful explanation....with problems
Thank you sir
Thank you so much
0:30 I was here yesterday. It actually goes both ways.
Underrated video man
@Not available y sad,it was a complement yo,it is a gud video
Great explanation,.. But what is torque?
😂I also didn't understand still🥲
Same 🤣🌚
Rotational effect or turning effect.
@@sahal3472 what is that effect exactly? i dont understand
@@vyomchaturvedi9545 i thought i was the only one who dont really know this
Rotational analogue of force is known as Torque❤😊
Thanks :)
superb
Super video
Nice 🙂
in case of torque why the force acting on the pole - q is towards on negative side .
Why length=L/2 please
nice..
explanation is good but the loud music made it hard to concentrate on voice
I dont understand from ' Torque about A' step. Please explain
How is N+Nsintheta = mg?
Ya very good
Really wonderfull
But what is torque and how does it work?
Lmao
Ikr his explaination isn't that good actually
thank you
Welcome
The level of explanation vs level of problem was too much for me as a 10th grader.
True
Very true😅
🌚
😅
osm video
So basically if u are able to rotate something with ur force, ur force will be called torque.
Wowo..u taught well..but the background music was quite disturbing and making difficulty to hear u clearly
Which grade is this
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Can I take any problem solution in this channel subscriptions
🆗
👍👍👍
why we cannot do h/l =cos 30??
Because this education system is fucked......these are set of rules u need to obey to get jobs
Nice teaching but the music is loud and distracting
Your background music is more than your voice kindly reduce the background music for viewers ❤️
Hyy
Here h by l should be cos 30
Thanks a lot, excellent video, but the music in the background is high.
Ok but what is is torque now ?
I didn't understood the how torque is equal to mg. l/2 cos60°=N.h/cos30°
How the length of rod became l/2 cos60° and h/cos30°???
Help me with this please🙏🙏
Same
yeah i stared at this part for at leat 10 minutes and i still dont understand why, i feel so embarassed
I don’t get the question 😅
Muja batvo torque kya hai notes
2:26 you say h greater than l but it should be h less than l
May I use your videos and I translate them into Hindi Language please I
This is defenition of dc Pandey but for example I came here
Music = Distraction
Its the perfect example but the background music distracts
That is as clear as mud. thanks.
That background music
.
This video should be in hindi
0:45 wow...clear with animation🥺🙏
1:15
good, but the background sound irritating me
Music create disturbance😢😢
Fix this
This video just read the regular book line by line without any creativity. Every line of book was just cropped and placed in color and audio. Students will just mug up rote formula and clear that iit jee through tips and tricks without actually learning anything.
the music is annoying tho
Right hand???😂
Your voice is low comparative to background music
Can you please remove the bg music....it's very irritating
According to the teacher background music is more important 💀
U r way of teaching is extreamly boring. Its seems like news reporting.try to teach in a different manner
The video is actually explains really well what torque is. I didn't find the video boring at all
Wonderful explanation 🔥🔥🔥...thank u very much....
Thanks
