Nessa Barrett | Running Away From Home, What It’s Really Like Being A Girl
Вставка
- Опубліковано 7 вер 2024
- In this podcast we get into Nessas break from social media , our beliefs in psychics, mediums. Nessas experience running away from home. Where she sits now with here current beliefs on spirituality & god. What it’s like being a woman. Can you be born bad ? Numerology , & Nessas new single American Jesus
you can just tell she got her spark back and it makes me so happy🥹
dont talk about someone struggling with MH issues as losing their spark 😐
@@archieandaugustshut up. they didn’t say anything bad. her spark was definitely gone for a while, she was severely struggling and now she’s seeming to be doing better and working on herself and we see that spark she used to have again. don’t be one of those people who try to find a problem in nothing.
@@sydneycarroll4285 bit ‘dehumanizing’ no? - sh had a point.
i would LOVE if nessa made her own podcast and just talk about all the stuff she is interested in cause i love listening to herrr
this podcast compared to the zach sang one feels like weight off of my shoulders, I'm so happy she's doing better and healing, love her sm.
Literally JUST watched the Zach Sang one and then this one, the difference is astonishing! And I'm so happy to see it
how can you not love her
fr
Literally tho
Literally😭 Getting more and more convinced that the hate she gets is PURE jealousy
i’m really sorry but i feel like this girl did absolutely NO research on nessa. she’s always questioning her song names and what they’re about. i feel like if you’re going to interview someone, know their music and their most recent album so you can talk about it more. it just feels super unprofessional
Totally and keeps asking what she means by that for the 400th time.
FR
@@jennifergray4462 she’s asking a follow up question for her to go deeper that isn’t far fetched
literally
FRR and everyone seems to like her in the comments🥲
Her vibration is completely different I’m so happy she’s on the healing journey it’s truly inspiring and I’m so happy to see Nessa shinning 💗
she’s such an angel. i can’t thank her enough for saving my life
. btfl commnt. pray4 u -
you would never believe she’s only 20, she’s so mature. i don’t understand why she gets so much hate, everyone makes mistakes. her music has saved me and so many others, i love her she’s so underrated 🤍
i love her she’s so real
She really tried to suggest that Nessa didn’t have BPD
i knew she was gonna go there 💀 like girl..
I mean I don’t think she meant any harm by that. I think it could’ve been a thought because they were on the topic of misdiagnosing so I think that’s were that thought stemmed from. She’s also learning throughout the conversation and you can see her truly being passionate about the questions and wanting to know Nessas experience, pov and answer. I don’t think it came from a place of minimizing what was once apart of Nessa. Y’all be looking to much into it and Nessa was very understanding of her and even enjoy talking to her so much so why are you guys doing too much 😭
Stop
Fr like tf
ya fr. when she said that i felt so bad for nessa
Watching this makes me so emotional!!! I can really tell that Nessa is healing inside and finding herself more and more every day. Also the way you ask her questions is just so inviting to me idk why it rlly feels like you give her space to further explain herself and you kinda pull those things out of her too. She seems really genuinely immersed in the conversation, and of course, I enjoyed it as well. Good stuff! :)
am i the only one that thought it was really uncalled for and unnecessary when the host said "well maybe you never had bpd"... that did not sit right with me like nessa was talking about her experience and then she was like "naw what if you don't have those experiences you're just sad." like hell nah
edit: also it feels like the host did the absolute bare minimum of ressearching Nessa like she had no clue what La Di Die was or Too Hot to Cry even though they're one of her biggest hits. Also she thought nessa was transitioning into more peaceful music so I feel like she hasn't listened to Bang Bang.
No but literally tho- how can you dare to say that someone never had a mental illness?! Just because Nessa is in her healing era and is doing good right now doesn’t mean her bpd is gone/never existed, she was diagnosed for a reason. I feel bad. The interviewer definitely did not do research at all and it’s painful
@@stargirl_niaa RIGHT
literally why did she say that😭
Yeah that was super weird!!! Normally ppl tread lightly with sensitive topics like that. What weird manners.
also first time watching this podcaster, and i genuinley like the way she interviewed nessa, it wasn't just ask one question and immediately on to the next question, she showed actual interest and had follow up questions to continue the conversation. I always feel like some podcasters just want to ask certain questions and get to the point but I liked this version so much more because we got too hear more detailed responses to the questions being asked. Awsome interview, you just gained my support.
This was the greatest hour and 40 minutes of my life. Nessa, we only live once, meaning this is the only life you have lived. You’re just special, which is why you were so wise and capable at a young age. You seem very connected to the universe. Charlotte, I’m surprised you say you don’t have faith while wearing a giant Jesus piece. Anyways… this was awesome. You girls rock.
41:38 i know what Nessa’s talking about. music today, with the internet and especially tiktok, definitely lacks the rawness it once had. people are too focused on charts and comparing their faves and trying to just make a tiktok hit or a radio “bop” wether it’s for the clout, the money, the bragging rights, etc. they’re not making REAL, unique, raw music about real, unique raw things. they’re just tryna make a catchy sound to blow up on tiktok or to be considered a bop so they get famous. there’s nothing wrong with a fun, kinda shallow song, like 7 rings by Ariana Grande? a bop. not really raw or emotional but fun to listen to and sing! makes you feel confident. but there’s too much of the shallow nowadays. not a lot of people are making the deeper raw songs with emotion and story’s behind them. thank god we have artists like Nessa and Taylor Swift and Billie Eilish and Tate McRae writing about all the emo feels.
sat thru this whole thing loving listen to nessa talk she’s so well spoken
nessa makes me feel so understood, and i genuinley want too see this girl win! Lova ya nessa! were rooting for you babes!
i love her so much this interview is exactly the reason i stan her.
honestly i didnt know anything about nessa before i just knew she was a younger tiktoker and i didnt care but watching this she genuinely seems so sweet and real
I listened to her for the first time on call her daddy and loveddddd her! Don’t listen to her music, but as a human, she is so sweet and likeable, so I like to watch her interviews. And she’s been through so much but still continues to operate with kindness, consideration, and authenticity. She’s an angel!
everyone needs to watch this and i promise you they will fall in love with her yes maybe she did mistakes as a teen but the growth is amazing the healing the work on her mental health after everything she's been through it so fucking amazing literally the only person giving meme hope there light at the end of the tunnel love you ness
I love this podcast and conversation so much. It’s like they were long time friends. The vibes were there and the way they just clicked. Two amazing women. Wishing them the best and for many more open doors and success as well as many more blessing to come their way ❤️
I got a totally different vibe. The interviewer seemed very cold and didn’t really know much about Ness. I don’t know how Nessa felt comfortable enough to share all of that with her but I am glad she did.
@@breatheinpoetry I understand and I respect it really. I feel like the interviewer not knowing much also opened a floor for Nessa to express herself more comfortably because everything the interviewer will learn about her will be from her and not from blogs or things like tiktokroom. So Nessa could share anything which is cool. It’s like first impressions. The interviewer has like a resting face face but you could tell she’s genuine by how deep the conversation is going and how much Nessa loved the conversation so much in the end. Moral
Of the story is that sometimes we need to talk to someone who doesn’t know anything about us because the conversation is unbias and the person won’t have any kind of feeling/judgement towards you maybe like the internet does for Nessa. Nessa has a lot of control and freedom in this interviewer and it feels like a non judgement zone. Really cool but I do respect how you see it as well
@@hellothere1973 I love that perspective. :)
@@breatheinpoetry thank you and I really love how we were able to conversate while still respecting each others insight. Much love to you
i’m so proud and happy seeing nessa on her healing journey and doing so well
what an angel i love her so much
I’m been a fan of nessa since 2020 and she’s grown incredibly, I’m so proud of her for being so strong, even forgiving her family, she’s the most precious angel and she’s 100x more beautiful in person. she’s beautiful inside and out. 🤍👼🏻
girl is opening up, which is really hard, and then ppl be saying she on drugs...keep going ness we're proud of you ❤
the interviewer was tryna be nice but what she was really tryna say was there’s a lot of entitled, self absorbed teenagers who are famous on tiktok and have a following and platform and some money that just make music because they can. because they think it’s fun to play pop star. because they wanna make money off it. because they wanna pretend to have real talent and be deeper than they are and have real passions. when they really aren’t musically talented or intuitive and they really don’t care about music in the same way a true musician does. i’m not saying any of this to be mean it’s just the truth. no shade in making a song for fun because you can. but i do think Nessa deserves more acknowledgment for having an actual gift when it comes to music and for being genuinely passionate about it and for making music with intent and purpose.
The amount of times she said mhm made me nauseous, just let Nessa talk without interrupting her and saying mhm every 30 seconds
i’m so excited for her ep 😩

Hi Briar. The Call Her Daddy story is interesting. Joe Rogan interviewed Dave Portnoy from Bar Stool Sports and he explains what happened to the podcast after it blew up and how the other girl left the pod.

Bpd is literally a response from trauma, so If u heal the trauma it goes away….
Baby
The interviewers so pretty she looks a little like Bella Hadid.
Christianity is nowhere near as intense as Catholicism what’s she talking about lmao
she was talking about the church she went to and her experience with it thru her family. shes said many times her family made it more intense for her in the past.
Did you even hear to what she had to say?? She’s talking about her experience with her family
Beauty
🤠
❤❤❤
At what point does being a mental health advocate and sharing your experiences of having divorced parents turn into victimising urself in every interview to create a sympathy story to make sense of ur corny tiktok music
No way bros hating on nessa for literally just sharing her story with other people so they can relate. Grow up

Lana del rey WANNABE
um what 💀
at least lana follows her-
It’s kinda funny how they talk about haters and here’s someone hating 😂 reflection of your own self hate and issues. We will be praying for you. Spread love not hate. They are both equally amazing talented women and they each bring a different sound, message, style to the table. Do they have similarities yes, but they are so many differences as well. Besides great minds think alike and I’m sure they are both respective of each other’s work and muse. It’s no competition and they are just very passionate about what they do. Let them be and let’s not call anyone a wannabe. It’s really not fair especially when you don’t even know them personally. Let them be
Shut up bro
holy cringe kids these days so sensitive. trauma this, anxiety that.
Maybe the kids these days are way more aware of the way trauma's can impact your life than the previous generations.
@@alyssameridaperezthis. they say we're so sensitive but weve become aware of how generational trauma actually affects us.
bro cringe u 😹 it actually is serious and something that u can barely heal from I can tell ur gonna be a bad parent 💀
