Honestly my favorite part is capturing the objective builds your meter to making you on fire yet they are yelling "YOU SHOULDNT BE ON THE OBJECTIVE!!! "Then complain that he's not on fire so he's bad XD like .. He was doing his job I didn't see the road hog prioritizing the mercy at all like genji
Drew Chance killed the mercy like 5x that game easily but OK man. being on fire and golds aren't everything I know that, but they can generally be a decent indicator of your performance in that match. I was playing well, getting picks and getting kills. honestly wasn't even mad until he called out our solo healing mercy like cmon man hows she gonna heal genii she had to keep rein alive.

NothinButRags I played a game with some guys from lf before and got kicked because it was too much work for us to win.
They where arguing because the genji was pissed that the guy playing mercy wouldn't heal him. Which is funny since genji could honestly just use his mobility to find a health kit. there's like 3-4 on the first objective alone. But he was more concerned about getting kills.
I only got mad when the genii insisted Me the hog and the mercy were bad. he also called out mccree for fanning hammer. like cmon. normally I'm chill
It happened to me a couple of times. We were six people cursing each other after losing one round, we won the next two and after that we were complementing each other like "good job assholes", it was fun lmao

Genji is a flanker. Mercy is not supposed to follow him around and pocket heal him. He's supposed to find health packs (genji points out there weren't a lot of health packs near by but that's only true if you ignore the 3 easily accessible on their side of the choke and the 3 he would have access to while flanking) Then he tells the tank to get off the point and go search for the teleporter.
I know they were all making each other worse but genji really did start everything.

A mercy that's pocket healing a roadhog is getting lots of ult charge for one thing. Another thing is I don't think the mercy was pocket healing the roadhog. The only one complaining about heals was the genji.
I thought the exact same thing lmao When he was bitching about health packs, all I could think of was that I knew of at least 4 he could've been grabbing in that area just right off the top of my head, and I don't even play flanking characters that often. And if you paid attention to Mercy's healing stream during the first round, Mercy was doing a fantastic job making sure everyone was topped off. Not to mention that she always had a rez ready when the team started dying, which means she's been constantly healing in order to build her ult charge. That Genji is just a turd. lol
I was the mercy. I didn't let anyone die the first round except Genji and Mei once. Genji just died twice right at the beginning so he was salty. Funny no one else complained about the heals. 49% speaks for itself.

I main Ana, so yeah there's that lol. But that's not why I said it. I had a 4-man riptire that saved the objective literally last half a second, yet potg was Hanzo's random triple kill, which wasn't even 100%, just touched them with scatter. Also Mercy players getting potg (not anymore haha) with 2-man rez.
to be fair mercy was rezing a lot that first round and while 10 k doesn't seem like a lot it helped the team shutdown the attackers
TheKingHezekiah 10k's quite a bit for 2 short rounds, and even if you disagree, 49% of the team's taken damage IS. alot

Your whole team did well, that's why you guys won. The mercy only got that much healing out because they were pocket healing their friend who was Roadhog. Yes, Genji can self-sustain with health packs, but that takes time for him to grab them which is time spent not getting kills and flanks like he should be doing if the mercy can just switch over to him for 2 seconds to heal him up. Either way, no one really did poorly on this team. A simple request for heals if you get ignored for a while isn't "bitching". That Mercy and Roadhog that were in a team together were the two most toxic people in the chat.

As mercy main 120 hours I never purposely ignore anyone but I need to focus on the important people (tanks main dps) sometimes I can't heal the genji or tracer running around constantly and he wasn't pocketing he had 49% team damage taken
Honestly, I like that guy who was playing Mercy. At least when he said that if that guy was going to bitch about it, he can go healer. That's just my philosophy too. If a guy starting complaining that I'm not doing well enough, then apparently you don't need me as healer.

Actions speak louder than words. He made a conscious effort to let the whole team know that he didn't get healed (which he shouldn't anyway since Genji shouldn't be spending any significant amount of time by his team). It may not have had the tone of bitching but it was bitching. Not to mention, picking a healer in competitive usually means your offense is going to sit there and have something to say about what you did wrong rather than own up to the fact that they were the ones who failed to perform properly. I'll admit that I've made mistakes as Mercy (usually to do with when to rez) but 9/10 times that I get blamed for something... it has to do with the stupid shit the offense has did and that I watched them do and that they'll never admit to doing. Between that and the people who spam the "need heals" button (usually pressed by the flanker who is literally by himself completely out of anyone's line of sight), it gets old fast. If you play healer constantly, you'd be fed up with it as much as this guy was.
+Haylla2008 - Well said. Even worse is when you're a Lucio as the only healer and a Genji or Tracer is flanking up on a bridge spamming (that I can't see) Need Healing. They actually expect you to walk away from the 3 guys you're supporting and take care of him. I can't fly up to you like a Mercy can but I'm still supposed to ditch everyone else and help bail him out. And to usually make things worse is they'll abandon a healer to save them self.
49% of team damage is a SHIT TON the % show if you did a good job not the number if it's above 27% it's good if it's more it's even better... people should learn to play healer before talking......
49% is huge i think ive had over 30% most of the time when ive been a healer(strictly healer)
Remember that damage to barriers counts towards damage done, and doesn't always equal kills, you can end up doing a ton of damage, but it can just end up getting healed back before anything comes of it. Junkrat is a big culprit of this

Take a look at the top pc players compared to console players. Their aim is so much better, and I'm saying this as someone who has Overwatch on PS4. Only reason our aim is even ok is because of the huge amount of aim assist.

He healed 10k....that's above the average statistic for comp (9k). He basically healed a thousand less than the average Lucio, I would say he knows exactly what he's doing. And he's in the right telling Genji to go find a health pack....as Genji happens to be the most mobile character in the game, he should have no problem finding packs...

Wait, a healer boasting about his heals,when there's a Roadhog on his team? OF COURSE he'll have a huge amount of healing done Roadhog is the largest target in the game with the most health and doesn't have any armor, that's basically endless healing!
Roadhog also heals half his health with one ability.
Good Roadhogs won`t do that in order to give their supps ult-charge
+Hendrik Mais False. A good Roadhog uses his self-heal when he's being constantly damaged to the point where Mercy can't out-heal the damage being done. An alive tank is better than a few more points to your ult charge in the long run.
ɀσмвιє ɀєиιтн After playing Roadhog for so long pressing E became some sort of an instinct for me, so I'll sometime heal my self even while being healed out of sheer instinct. I'll even try and heal my self sometimes even though my healing is blocked because of Ana!
OctagonCookies I main Mercy and I would rather the Roadhog on my team self-heal to save themselves in the heat of the moment than worry about my ult charge. There's constant damage happening all around Mercy, she'll charge her ult just fine even if Roadhog self-heals. However, if it's just a smidgen missing of HP between attack waves and a Roadhog tops himself up instead of letting me do it, that's when I get a little annoyed. lol
Honestly, that's not the 892nd worst collection of toxic players I've had to play with. The Genji wasn't a ray of sunshine, but the Mercy and his girlfriends just picked a fight with that kid for little-to-NO reason! Heck, Mercy and everybody else knew Mercy was SLAMMING in Round 1, what does he care about some off-handed comment from some nobody out there?

This is the story of my Overwatch comp life. If I don't play with 6 its just downhill. Started at 2415(i normally don't play comp, but wanted the gold axe) & i know i am not the Best player by any means, but folks see my level especially now 440 or so and expect god like things from me when i am only 1 person of 6 who is always in Team Voip and tries to make suggestions. then there are the ones that want this and want that and never volunteer themselves. Ugh' good playing btw, i suck at mccree so good for you man. #DamnToxicPlayers
jurassicsushi haha lol yeah. i was pretty much able to make it into diamond playing solo. a friend helped me out with the kast match i needed. was down 0-2 then we were like the teams not cooperating so we just went our main best characters Tracer and Genji and brought it back 3-2 xD ita really hard to do unless you have a full team. and thanks but im not super good with mccree i just pull him out when i think its necessary. another member of my team is like our Mccree God. So i kearn from him every now and then ^.^

jurassicsushi dont forget you get the bonus comp points at the end of the season. it should show u in game if you press that little "i" icon undsrneath the ranked mode. i just recently got my first gold gun. went with Tracer's ^.^

jurassicsushi go to PLAY then the middle tile which is competitive, right below it theres a tiny square that has like and "i" icon i think. click that and itll show you what you what bonus of comp points u get at the end of the season. and it goes based off your highest rank youve had all season. so like for me my highest so far since i currently cant play due to not having my system with me it my highest is almost 3300 so diamond so ill get an extra 1200 comp points at the end
As a healer main, I don't just go tell someone to go get a health pack... i mean seriously its my job to heal the team and prevent having my teammates always run around looking for health packs because that can be a huge distraction. Like what the hell? This guy has the nerve to say "you're genji you can just get a health pack" like um you're the healer it's your job to heal... but if people are going too far into fights to the point where they are likely gonna die trying to 1v6 a team, that's when I back off because healers aren't really meant to be in the middle of the fight. So I just stay back and heal my team while they are fighting.

Except that guys like Genji and Winston, should be grabbing up all the nearby packs while you heal the less mobile characters. A Cree and a Rein should be healed, but Genji should never have any troubles getting healed to full considering the amount of health (200). When I'm a Genji I know where every health pack is located, lessens the burden on said healer and it helps me out if I'm flanking.

Bob_Bobington69420 _ aim assist is complete cancer in fps's. you line up the perfect shot, someone else runs in front & AS has a seizure. Barely anyone on console uses that trash, you can't get kills with it on.
I personally got 74% accuracy in one of my first games in ages as Mccree. Overall I seem to match the youtubers I watch for accuracy (They play on PC) and most actually outrank me in competitive. Don't go around saying bullcrap like that, you'll only look stupid.

HypeCharlie yeah it sucks. have had that happen to me and friends when we dont have a full group. other party on our team goes healer so we have to trust them to hioefully do good but they just heal their friends the whole time. next rounds we always try to just pick healer as fast as possible so one of us can take care of it lol
HypeCharlie im not going to say its the best thing to do but... if someone sticks to a tank and gives them more heals. they're likely to get their ults faster if its done right. which can help the team more.
the team cant complain if they're getting more rezs, sound barriers or nano boosts
Antony Gregory Mercy's ultimate is only good if your team is well cordinated and works together to stay alive otherwise Mercy's is just wasted on 1 or 2 heros but if they're casuals or struggling to stay alive a defensive support mercy is most of the time better for the team then a focusing tank mercy otherwise your team is mostly always 2-3 vs 5-6
I kinda agree and disagree. The support has to keep people alive. That could mean trying to heal everyone or pocket healing a tank to rez everyone else. Both have drawbacks so it depends on the team.
The mercy in that game was doing a pretty good job. Healing the players in range and staying in fairly safe positions.
Tbh if the tank is making an effort to stick nearer to the mercy/support, i'd say generally he/she deserves more healing.
Sometimes DPS mains forget that a support running around trying to find them, is an easier target for the enemy to pick off.

I lost a placement game on Volskaya because a lvl 25 Mercy just HAD to play Mercy. Lets just say that she barely healed, was lost af all the time and generally it wasnt a good idea for a newbie to take on such an important role. My buddy lashed out on her after she refused to switch, so I could switch in as Mercy: saying she "cost us the game" which she did. I hate it.

I can see what you mean though~ I only have an advantage for accuracy and (maybe) timing. But The reason I use such a device is because I'm more familiar using a Keyboard and Mouse when gaming on consoles. Just a personal preference.

once you try using the mouse to aim you realize how limiting the analogue stick is, it puts a ceiling on how skilled one can get so any console player not only isn't as good as the same ranked player on pc, but also can't get as good as a pc player.
