The major difficulty is finding the right position for the patient's head. I am not sure the position presented here is possible or even recommendable.
This should be removed as is a waste of our time. We are all here trying to find a way to position their head whilst rinsing etc and this is ridiculously unhelpful!!

yes I'm saying that too! I think we could use 2 pillow rather than 1, so the pt's head gets high enough 👏
