Start with some of the spots featured on here. To be honest get some fry, or squid, and bait the spot up, see what shows up. If you have lures, see what's passing by, and cast ahead of it and check for reactions. Anyone could be a spot. A lot of what I do is scouting til I see stuff. Thanks for watching! Yeah I've seen them hanging few feet off the beach. But I saw a hog fish bout 5 feet from the shore line. Came by me feeding.
