Currently, I'm using Dell Inspiron 5410 (2 in 1) laptop. Yes it includes a pen . Yes , you can use this pen for writing on screen. It's 360° laptop (that's why I love this)😅 Sometimes it heat up quickly and can't be used on bed ; processor is bit slow. Battery life is good. It is light in weight .
