James gave me goosebumps! Such a great eerie character he created. And the kids were beyond, exceptional in these very challenging roles. And I love the strong protective mum character. Finally a strong woman and it is not coming across as forced for the “messages”.
FINALLY MAN- FINALLY. FINALLY. A MOVIE THAT DIDNT SUCK, AND UNSURPRISINGLY, IT WASNT HYPED- I WAS FULLY PREPARED TO COME BACK LIKE (ok this one's totally on me- a PG13 "horror" movie- I was fully aware but went anyway [cuz extreme deadbeat shck has nothing to do but wait for whistleblowers but anyways-]) BUT THIS MOVIE EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS- I DID TAKE A FEW POINTS OFF BC EVEN AFTER AN HOUR INTO THE MOVIE THE MOVIE DIDNT TAKE SHAPE AND THERE WERE ONLY SPECULATIVE GUESSES ON WHERE THAT WILDCARD OF THE KID WOULD GO GOOD MOVIE. GREAT ACTOR I DIDNT KNOW HE WAS THAT GOOD! ONE MORE THING! LOL!: THE FIRST LIKE 10 MINS I WAS LIKE (OH YEA, THAT'S THE GUY FROM 'IT', BUT HE LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE ELSE A LOT DEEPER, BUT I CANT PUT MY FINGER ON IT) AT LIKE 80 IT FINALLY DAWNED ON ME - NO OFFENSE TO HIM: zelensky!!!!!!! LOL!!!! SO MANY PARALLELS ITS HILARIOUS *MAJOR SPOILERS* AN EVIL MALEVOLENT GUY PLAYING "good guy", BUT HE'S BASICALLY MONEY LAUNDERING MONEY FROM 41 COUNTRIES AND IS AN EVIL EVIL MAN, BUT THE DIFFERENCE IS, THE FAMILY DIDNT WALK IN AND BASICALLY SEE SWATSTIKA FLAGS IN EVERY ROOM AND ACTIVE [ukr IS THE MOST CORRUPT COUNTRY IN EUROPE] MONEY LAUNDERING HAPPENING IN EVERY ROOM "ok! ok! here's our acct number and routing number take all of my taxpayer money!" THE PARALLELS IS HILLLLARIOUS!!
Do we really need to remake a perfect film from 2022? The original is called "Gæsterne", I highly recommend it. Judging by the trailer of the American version, the original is much more subtle, it's not as obvious, the trailer did not reveal as much. Here we basically get a confirmation that something bad is going to happen from the get-go.

I'm pretty sure that you might be wrong. This english American version of Speak No Evil is a great film. I thought it was very well done and maybe it took liberties and changed plot points, but it's a fantastic psychological thriller. One of the year's best movies and my personal favorite movies of September in theaters. You don't always have to compare to the original version. Not enough of you understand this simple yet impactful saying. "Comparison is the thief of joy".
@@EmpireStateUtopian_Dystopia My point is not to compare. My point is, why a remake of such a recent film? Can't Americans have original ideas anymore? They are jut copying others. Not very enticing to me. My question is, have you seen the original version? Probably not. I saw the American version, and they did what Americans do best: turning a great subject into a commercial movie with no soul. The original movie is a fabulous albeit horrific tale about what society makes of us. The American is just a horror movie as there are many, many, too many. Was the movie well-made? Yes, no doubt about that. Did I think about it for days afterward? No. I've seen the original one three months ago and I still think about it. And in case you think I'm biased, I'm a HUGE fan of James McAvoy. I saw all of his movies, even the most obscure ones and I thought he was so overplaying it. I'll continue to recommend the original version to people who want to see something brilliant.
James McAvoy - always humble and charming and sooo talented!
KEVIN WENDELL CRUMB!
Interviewer asked some really good questions.
Just a heads up for this interview: it contains major spoilers about the movie's ending from 3:17-3:43
Thanks for this, should have been mentioned in the titel 👀♥️
yeah, it should be mentioned in the title of the video or on the screen!
Yeah I no longer watch press junkets before seeing the movie because some content creators are sloppy with spoilers
Are you tryna trick me…..etcetera? #hedwig. When he smiles all I see is hedwig😂
When will McAvoy play a bond villain?
Anyway not going to be better than Bardem
This should say SPOILER ALERT in the title. That aside, nice work.

!!!!!!! SPOILER ALERT AT 3:17. Ends at 3:43.
Damn, he was playing an x-man when I was a kid. And then I saw him in Filth when I was obsessed with Irvine Welsh. A great actor.
Should have read the comments first - spoiler for a film that only came out 5 days ago! Ffs
I am here from Mackenzie Davis❤
James McAvoy - is in danger of being more entertaining than his movies.
100%😊
Mackenzie 😍
The original was much better . Probably should have waited a few more years for that to settle first. The ending of this one was more satisfying.
