    I like how you explained your color choice, matching the grass at bottom and bait fish color. That was helpful. The links to both products was helpful and I already ordered them. Thanks for the education and help.

    How do you tie to the Texas Eye?? With a Loop knot or a straight tie??
    And do you use the 2.75 or 3’ Slims?

    What's your favorite cadence for this bait? winter/spring/summer

      Winter: I like to slowly drag it across the bottom and Wiggle it every once and a while
      Spring: constants small hops reeling to kee the slack up
      Summer: using it to sight-fish belly crawlers that are keyed in on grad shrimp. Cast ahead of the fish get the bait on its path and shake it

    Do you think procure adds anything to these? Or have you not noticed a difference?

      My thought is that procure never hurts anything it can only help. is it always necessary? No but does it ever hurt? no
