I did time with Scrap from 107 if it’s the same one I’m thinking we were at PVSP from 97-99 he was active and the Hoovers were set trippn on all Os who hit the B yard. They was about 8 deep - slow poke- Big Hawk- Tbaby-Black- Scrap- TLoc- Lil Kip- and then BiG Earl arrived from Salina’s Valley and immediately started pressing til he was take off the yard and back to a level 4 ✊🏾FACTS
He hit A yard in 97 and immediately turned it up... he was like 17yrs old then. Couldn't put him in the hole, so they moved him to B yard.

The hunger strike was in 2011/2012. I was there in Tehachapi SHU and yes everyone disliked the Hoovers. I was actually on the mainline with the younger Sims at Centinela who was still in good standing. The older Sims is no good.

I was in Pelican Bay from 2002-2009. I was there when Administration put all the Hoovers on B-yard. All hell broke loose. At first it was greet and meet, the fill-out, between the crips and the Hoovers. Then This one individual came to B-yard and changed the “peace” on that yard.

I was there from 98 to 2001 when I first got there the Crips and the whites was locked down then sometime later that big ass riot kicked off I was on that basketball court I end up getting stabbed three times then after we got off lock down for a long time they let the blacks off in the yard with the northerners,I didn't even know they was up there lol,they had them lock like that lol...

Pelican Bay is jail for prisoners, Level 4 SHU program… San Quentin had death row, prisoners who don’t have anything to lose.
