to me this song represents the devastation of war, the deaths, how humans are capable of so much destruction and the "No Flag" meant every country involved felt the pain of WWII. The flute represents hope and that we do have to march on. As seen in a lot of end of war videos, the song's ending represents life moving on after the world order was restored.
Compared to songs in battlefield 1, i love how this one has more of a hopeful sound, as it was a war much more worth fighting. It sounds like someone lost something, but they did it for a good cause. It sounds like someone made a worthy sacrifice.
I hope you are having a wonderful day and if you end up reading this I wanna let you know that I absolutely adore your videos and it always brightens my day just hearing you talk about music. It's always nice hearing something new or even taking in a new perspective for a boss theme I've heard 100 times over such as your reactions to the Dark Souls themes. One Soundtrack I wanna recommend heavily due to the game as a whole falling under the radar is the Mo Astray's Final Boss Theme. It's such an amazing piece to end an extremely beautiful game. It's split into three phases with the Final Termination Weapon, Into the Sky, and Extremergy life form, but I also recommend listening to Purpose. A compilation of the different themes is out there if you look for 212madfool's compilation of the different themes. Even if you don't listen to this, I still look forward to whatever comes next with the new channel!
In my head, this music is played when someone who feels displaced is dwelling on themselves, but is suddenly surprised by others who are welcoming them in with open arms, making them feel welcomed.
The only thing i can think of is the Battlefield theme, such a simple yet iconic arrangement To me as an OG fan of Battlefield the best track in the game is always the Battlefield theme and in this case its the Battlefield Legacy theme :)
Marco, you seriously should check out Dragon Age: Inquisition soundtrack. Especially "The dawn will come " or Solas theme - "The Dread wolf". Your singing gave me chills holy shit.
Do you think there is any content value for you to share anime songs with your colleagues? I love anime so much that I almost believed it drives the cultural aspect of the world today. I think im delusional though haha.

Ugh, have to say it. It's Leviosa not Lacrimosaaa. P.s. Nice... Danny Boy.
This reaction should have more views (and likes). What’s going on? And what a gorgeous, gorgeous song. Another one for my burgeoning VGM playlist.
You should check out Sky Ocean and Earth from Dragon Quest 8, just make sure it’s the Symphonic Suite that the American PS2 version had.

Hey Marco, can you please react to Castle Crashers music soon? I remember that you liked the main theme when you had to guess video game music
