My signature scent was Chanel Teundre for years and I started looking to expand my perfume wardrobe. I like to wear perfumes based on how I’m feeling that day. Fun and carefree, Business and serious, Grown and Sexy, etc. I purchased Ariana Grande cloud so I would not use up my MFK 540 so quickly hearing it was a dup. And let me tell you- it may be similar in the family.... like a very distant 5th cousin. Really is not a dup at all. It’s like 540 is a Mercedes Benz and Cloud is a Volkswagen- they are both cars but one is luxury and the other is not. 😀 Great Video! 👍🏽
I found sweven by oakcha to be SO close to BR540 that what I do is spray a little of my BR, and then layer it with sweven, and if I want a touch up, I use that to maximize my BR540 (since it's ridiculously pricey!) They really are THAT similar!!❤
I knew right away you were talking about Grand Soir. It reminds me of rum and raisin and I couldn't get past the opening note but I do LOVE Baccarat Rouge 540 parfum and extrait versions. This is a damn good house. I think that Aqua Universalis was actually the first niche fragrance I ever sampled, and the Forte version was the second niche fragrance that I purchased (the first being Creed's Virgin Island Water). To date I own 7 full MFK bottles, the other six being BR540 EDP, BR540 Extrait, Grand Soir, Masculin Pluriel (200 ml), Oud Satin Mood, and in my opinion, the MFK pièce de résistance, Absolue Pour le Soir. They are all fantastic pefumes, but I especially love Masculin Pluriel as an extremely classy and sleek signature-worthy barbershop fragrance, and Absolue Pour le Soir for its thick, gooey, sexy-dirtiness. Unfortunately, the latter appears to have been discontinued, at least for the time being. :(

When I first wore it, I thought it was a nice velvety Cedarwood scent until it developed the notes throughout the day and I got sooo many compliments! Such a unique scent. Definitely a super innovative way to experience “perfume”. And by night, I’m LOVING Straight To Heaven by Killian and Roja 51! They are such decadent, warm, sexy, and regal scents! I love a good seductive scent for the night time! I would love to hear your thoughts on them ❤️

For the most popular of the house, Baccarat and Oud line, I don't care, but Lumiere Noire is my signatures scent and I'm pretty sure Le Beau will be so. Masterpieces sadly discontinued. With Grand Soir and Feminin Pluriel I have a sad story: first time (4 years ago) I've tested from samples that I bought on the official site and I was impressed! After 2 years I bought Feminin Pluriel full bottle from the official site but at that time FP was totally different (not in a good way) from what I've tested 2 years before :(( Then I ordered Grand Soir, and again, the same story. Big disappointment. Waiting for that trip to Paris, to test all of them in the boutique 💖😇
Oh yeah I own a couple from this house. BR 540 EDP, Gentle Fluidity Gold, Amyris Femme EDP and Feminin Pluriel. One regret I have getting Amyris Femme EDP instead of extrait (my first time smelling this scent was at Bloomies last month). I just ordered the BR 540 Extrait. So in total it would be five. I did have a sample of Aqua Celestia Forte which I liked. It's fresh and crisp. The scents are really nice and definitely not cheap. I heard mixed reviews about Grand Soir as well as the Ouds (Satin and Silk Mood)😊

Feminin Pluriel is such a fresh scent, my least favorite of them all even though I enjoy all of the scents. I'd rank it as #5 in my collection since I just received the BR 540 extrait today😊
A la Rose is my favorite MFK, so far! I was about to purchase Baccarat Rouge because it's so delicious... but I was turned off when my sales associate said it's their most popular scent, and lots of men and women wear it. I prefer to wear a scent that is more rare. MFK A la Rose is gorgeous... like walking through a European rose garden. Like most MFK fragrances, one becomes "nose blind" to it pretty quickly... but the compliments I receive as the day goes on reassure me that it has good sillage. PS: My favorite candle is NEST Night Rose & Oud... Intoxicating and feminine.
I was surprised at how pleasant A la Rose was as I’m not a big rose person (fragrance wise)! I would pick Feminin Plurial over that one though. Both really feminine pretty scents!

I love your vids Sis. Last week, I just bought Pluriel Masculin. I currently have the discontinued Oud Cashmere Mood in the full bottle and the travel size. I just emptied my bottle of Oud Extrait. It was special to me because I bought it at Saks in Las Vegas. I had grand Soir which I said I’d never buy again. However, I have been craving it lately. I bought the travel sizes of Baccarat 540 extrait but used them. I will buy again. I actually bought silver fluidity and wore a few sprays but passed it to my younger brother. My first MFK purchase was the travel size set of all the Ouds. My favorite of all of them was of course Oud cashmere mood and Oud velvet mood. I have owned few creeds, a few bonds no 9s, Kilian scents, and Frederic Malle fragrances. But I must say my favorite houses are MFK and Perris Monte Carlo.
You’re so right about the BR540! I do have Cloud, but it’s to my nose a totally different scent and not to be compaired. I love this scent. I pirchased the 200 ml after I finished the 70 ml and I am sure I will keep purchasing. Second MFK would be Grand Soir for me.

I tried on the Baccarat in store and it is indeed a very complex fragrance. Roja Dove has very complex scents as well. But I'm looking forward to getting my samples and trying them out. I haven’t smelt anything from MFK but I heard great things so I just went a little nuts. I believe in really living in a perfume before committing to a full size soooo… I bought the MFK wardrobe for her 11ml travel sizes of Aqua Universalis Cologne forte, Aqua Celestia Cologne forte, Aqua Vitae Cologne forte, Amyris femme, gentle Fluidity gold, Oud satin mood, Baccarat Rouge 540, and Baccarat Rouge 540 extrait de parfum. I bought a 2 peace customizable travel spray 2x11ml Grand soir and a la rose and a sample pack of 4 plus the 2 free samples you get Leau a la rose, oud silk mood, feminin plural, oud, gentle fluidity silver and amyris femme the extrait. I’m pretty sure I’m gonna find at least one full bottle worthy 😂🤣😂🤣

I really think MFK is doing something wrong. My Baccarat 540 EDP doesn't smell at all. And no one around me smells it. My boyfriend got me as a birthday gift on 4 Oct this year. I got two other samples. I swear my sense of smell is ok, because i smell everything else but EDP. It is heartbreaking, because its very costly for me not get the results for it.

I haven’t smelt anything from MFK but I heard great things so I just went a little nuts. I believe in really living in a perfume before committing to a full size soooo… I bought the MFK wardrobe for her 11ml travel sizes of Aqua Universalis Cologne forte, Aqua Celestia Cologne forte, Aqua Vitae Cologne forte, Amyris femme, gentle Fluidity gold, Oud satin mood, Baccarat Rouge 540, and Baccarat Rouge 540 extrait de parfum. I bought a 2 peace customizable travel spray 2x11ml Grand soir and a la rose and a sample pack of 4 plus the 2 free samples you get Leau a la rose, oud silk mood, feminin plural, oud, gentle fluidity silver and amyris femme the extrait. I’m pretty sure I’m gonna find at least one full bottle worthy 😂🤣😂🤣
I have Oud Satin Mood which I love, I'm also going to purchase BR 540 next then others from that house..

Yes I've smell it before, I have a sample of a 10ml bottle coming this week of the BR 540...I plan on wearing it a little bit, then order the 2.4 bottle of it soon

I really think MFK is doing something wrong. My Baccarat 540 EDP doesn't smell at all. And no one around me smells it. My boyfriend got me as a birthday gift on 4 Oct this year. I got two other samples. I swear my sense of smell is ok, because i smell everything else but EDP. It is heartbreaking, because its very costly for me not get the results for it.

Uhh.. love your collection. I have the Baccarat 540, Feminine Pluriel and Gentle Fluidity. Still on a fence with Grand Soir, like you said, it's nicer on a man, not sure on wether I should just pull the trigger and get it.
If it’s not a love I would pass and just grab samples if/when you can and give yourself more time to test it out!

I dont like the Creed bottle designs, too simple I also smelt a few of them and wasn't impressed kind of looks like a drug store brand.
They’ve got a couple good ones for sure but I find some of them to be overpriced.
