Third Entrance @12:26 is the Reception or Entrance from the Departure area after the immigration.
Regarding the third entrance - I use this quite often - it us used when being picked up at the aircraft by Qatar airways staff…they take you directly from the aircraft to the lounge. You need platinum status level with Qatar to enjoy this, skipping all lines and ending up in Al Safwa very very quickly.

The airport terminal itself is fairly big, and I've been in bigger, and is a beautiful one; it's the al safwa first lounge specifically that is huge

I will have a 20 hour layover in Doha and I hope to be able to go out to see the city a little, it is possible to access a rest room and leave the luggage, I have searched for information but I have not found anything.
of course u can :) U can come in and out of the airport (If ur visa allows), and whenever u r in the airport, u can come and go all the QR lounges u r eligible to enter
Can i access these lounges on my HBL visa platinum credit card?
No. Only first class one world alliance passengers can enter. For detail which lounge u can use u need to check with ur card issuer. Usually similar to priority pass listed lounges
My wife and I will be in DOH in mid-November late night staying for near 20 hours via 1st Class to DXB so will have access to this and other lounges.

Yea that is enough to go out for a day trip and still have time to sleep in the lounge. Ur day trip should take around 5-6 hours and see all the major tourist sites already.

We will fly from HKG to DXB for 6 hours 1st-class to DOH for 2 hours then Biz-Class to MLE.
We therefore will have a lot time in DXB and DOH lounges!
