A UA-cam rabbit hole brought me here. This song is phenomenal! It's so weird for me to say this because I hated country music in my youth. But I think that perhaps age gives us perspective. From a Canadian expat in Japan. 🇨🇦🇯🇵
this was on the radio almost every time I got on the school bus in seventh grade. I always got excited when it came on because it was ten times better than everything else on the radio. I'm kind of amazed that it doesn't have more views. Absolute classic.
Damn fine way to reintroduce yourself to the public after a few years in the wilderness. Great band, one of Canada's best. Never flashy, just solid, solid songwriting and great playing.
As an ex Canadian living in Arizona, no truer words were ever written, eating Arizona dust. Love these guys so much. My favorite country band period. If America ever got a chance to hear them, they would fall in love with BR
Saw the show at The Borderline in Soho, London, England on 2 Oct. Absolutely brilliant. This is a great song (and I love the reference to The Skydiggers - another great Canadian band).
songwriting doesn't get better than this: "I've never been so lonely so I'm singing a Skydiggers song". How is it that a song like this doesn't hit #1?
The most underrated band
Canada's Eagles
Such a tight and cohesive song. Underrated because they are understated. Perfectly Canadian.

Just maybe the best harmony vocalists in music
Sitting in the Mohave Desert missing central Ontario
Greetings from someone eating Arizona dust wishing I was home.
You are lucky to be in the land of the free. It is a hellhole here in Canada under the woke Liberal tyranny.

I am a Canadian living in Arizona. The dust needs some jalapenos lol
Anyone else think the beginning sounds like "Knocking On Heaven's Door"? haha other than that, incredible song!
@Dlerue because American radio stations just don't like to play Canadian musicians. it hasn't seemed to change over the decades.
Good music but too much nauseating cut-up MTV camera bullsh*t.
