The bottom side gets the juices run to the bottom, so if you don't turn it you will not get any sear on the bottom side... The juices prevent the sear. Anyway the sear is very light I have noticed on my optigrill
I've used the obh nordica+ xl for making toast. That's the best toast i've ever had. I ordered this one in the video, but the smaller size. It comes with waffle plates. I've heard its very good. U can't follow the exact settings on this (also not the obh) if u just have a little patience your food will be delicious. Believe me!🤤

No way its medium. Those are overcoocked, not even seared well, I would call it almost steamed.
