question 8 : If you are bullish on a particular stock then why you want to sell index future as we are unsure about overall market instead we will buy in cash as the stock is giving signals as per once analysis which will provide more confidence and if stock does not performs accordingly we can mitigate our risk with proper risk management. Moreover stock may fall n index can rise in such cases a trader can incurred huge losses in his both the positions.
