Thank you for this. I’ve suffered from poor sleep for years. It was a stroke of luck I found this video while trying to fall asleep and discovered it’s hidden potential. I played this for a neighbor who kept smoking on the balcony next to my apartment (she wasn't supposed to be even smoking there) causing all of her smoke to pour into my apartment if I would have the windows open.
