Well, 2 things: 1. When you say “here in industry” I understand that you also run agency/build AI things/do consultations right? Because it feels like the things you say come from your favorite UA-cams that say how easy it is. But if you ARE in the niche. And you were able to charge that much (not your friends, and “people you know in the community”), YOU, then… Really cool man. I am happy for you. 2. I am giving my own experience. Working running cold outreach for more than a year and getting referrals, I was never landed a client that was able to pay $3k PER DAY (or whatever). I get 2-5 clients per money. Make 8-10k a month on average now. I know that big clients don’t usually cold from cold emails. My biggest client ($15k) was a referral. But in order to get referrals, you need to build a lot of solutions so that people know you OR Be in the niche for a while (for example like a developer).
😂 I guess like hourly rate. $3k / 8 hours = $375 per hour… Or something. Not sure how this guy acquire clients. I guess Silicon Valley startups can afford paying $1k an hour when they got an investment round, but not 99.9% of companies.
I like your options, however when it comes to pricing - so far 99.999999% of the agencies and competition I see do not cover actual use-cases so the offer is redundant. You can also charge 100K per month if the client utilizes such amount of interactions but the pricing must be fair, transparent and easy-to-understand. No hidden fees and no "surprise surcharges" base on usage. So far, I haven't found an agency that answer these pain points.
Not completely understand your point. Do you mean that the price depends on the amount of value you provide? Yes, obviously. The problem and the point of the video is to show averages. I run cold outreach and in 90% of cases businesses ask: How much does it cost. You don’t have time to analyze all of their processes to make the pricing based on their needs. That is why you usually provide a range and then clarify it after interviews. If you say: “I don’t know yet, we need to talk more”, 9 out of 10 won’t. again, this is more relevant to the cold outreach. For the use cases… Not sure, I have multiple videos on my channel where I show actual client use cases form suggest industries that we build - either a final solution or a prototype. I do think I am the only UA-camr in the world in the AI space who actually show real client builds.
@@eugenekadzin No, I mean when you try to price businesses per tokens/single message/single minute of usage - you start losing interest since the monthly rate is harder to determine in higher quantities. For example when you need to contact 500-1000 different leads per day etc. So far, any "AI Agent" service out there doesn't cover the actual cost and you find hidden fees or issues with billing if you don't offer a plan that covers their usage in advance. I personally offer "interaction" pricing where the business owner and I both define the scope of the usage and edge cases so they know their monthly billing up front even if they use their own keys. Edit: I think you misunderstood my comment since I am subscribed and like your content - I was just pointing out actual pain points (I serve over 9 niches).

Were re-negotiating the terms obviously
