I love pizza.. i use regular owen.. 300c.. have to heat tray 20mins..
Even gas or electric pizza ovens that reach 500C need to be preheated for 20+ minutes. It's not that you can't make good pizza in a home oven, but a regular oven just does not make the same pizza. Not as good..

I have one, the 500c with a biscotto stone, it’s amazing, blows any Ooni or Roccbox away.
Yh, but its way more expensive, especially how much electricity it uses. Im happy to get a Ooni Koda :)
@@thatfreestyleguy different gravy, I’d take the F1 over a Koda if it was 4 times the price, I sold a Koda 16 to buy my F1, it’s not even close, and the Koda isn’t cheap on gas either.

@@thatfreestyleguy I hope you enjoy it and have plenty of use out of it, I would have advised you to save a bit more and get the F1, it really is that good, and you don’t even have to turn the pizza, but you will be able to make good pizza with your Koda.

io ho la versione alta p134ha, trovo che sia più versatile per cuocere diversi tipi di piatto. Per le pizze i risultati sono gli stessi. Ho fatto anche dei video in merito sul mio canale. Come mai hai preso questo a camera bassa? Le brioches le cucini a forno spento? Non si bruciano con la resistenza superiore accesa? 🤔

I have this ofen need ca 30~40 minutes for 450°
15-20 minutes. It’s quite fast because you don’t need to use biscotto stone. Up to 400C degrees a standard stone is enough

Ciao Vito, grazie per il tuo video! Sei sicuro che il biscotto che ti è arrivato è quello Saputo? Lo chiedo perché non mi sembra che sul loro sito sia più indicato (come lo era invece in passato) che il biscotto sia quello Saputo. Quello che è arrivato a me l'ho dovuto rifilare sui bordi per poterlo inserire senza graffiare i bordi del forno.....i biscotti Saputo invece sono correttamente dimensionati. Bisognerebbe guardare sotto il biscotto se vedi l'incisione con il nome. Ad ogni modo anche il biscotto in dotazione credo sia buono...almeno così sembra...

That is an excellent little oven. 2 heating elements and you it seems you can cook a variety of food in it with good tempreture control, it comes with a thick stone for napolitana pizza I think this is one of the best ovens Vito you have shown I think. You could also cook multiple pizza if everything is ready and do 1 at the time cause it looks like it dose not take long to cook food with it.

How about the Breville/Sage pizzaiolo?? they say it's the best. And the Ferrari napoletana pizza maker who supposedly reach 380-400 C? would be cool if you tested them.
The Breville/Sage doesn’t get as hot (400c the F1 gets to 500c), it’s more expensive and it doesn’t have the all important Biscotto stone, I’ve had my F1 oven for around 9 months, I use it all the time and the stone still looks like new, you just turn the oven up full blast and any spillages turn to white ash, leaving it looking perfect again, it can cook a Neapolitan pizza in around 70s.

Hi Vito, if possible, may you can make a new pizza video with glutenfree flour. I know you did already, but would be nice, if you do a little update about the receipe. So for example, I got a better result if I bake the pizza just one time, not twice like you did in your video before. Just an idea

Ciao Vito, e un bel video :-) ! Secondo te a quanto gradi dovrei mettere (il cielo et la platea) per una napoletana ? Perche se metto a 500 gradi sui 2, bruccia troppo forte, a 450 i due, non cuoce bene il cornicioni :'(

You can but you nerd a 240v power supply for it. Like a dryer outlet or something. Alternatively check the breville pizzaiolo more designed for the US Market
