Thank you for brining such interviews to us . Although where I didn’t get is that most jobs will say Skill workers can be sponsored ; I hardly see we are recruiting overseas teachers

Well, as Vivian said, most of the jobs she applied for didn't state that they were looking for 'overseas teacher'. I would say, just apply for any job that matches your qualifications.
