Won't recommend this one, just go for cata version or meta tempest thing if you really want a build without tonics. This one was just an experiment. it is decent, but it is not as fun as it could be. Note: You don't have to go out your way to go and pick up molten, I'm not sure why I'm doing it every time, this is ridiculous.
You can do reuse, but molten gives you movespeed, which increase tempest damage. Attack speed is at cap with strikers buff too, so reuse won't do anything. 20% + 10% + 5% + 15% = 50% (fire, tempest, tree, strikers buff)
