I've been wanting to travel around domestically (and abroad) for some time now.
Don’t be afraid. I’m a black woman of a certain age, and travelled to a lot f these places in the 90s, and was treated with nothing but respect and kindness. It makes me feel like maybe when I vlog I cut too much out for being afraid of being boring, but the truth is, you show what is interesting for you, you invite people into your world. That's what vlogging is. You treat the camera like a friend and you show it the things you'd show a friend if they were there with you. You don't worry that your friend will find you boring. You trust that they want to spend that time with you.
Thanks so much for this vlog, Kelly! I'm originally Texan, but I lived in Twin Falls for a couple of years, and I totally miss it and traveling the Snake River canyon! Couldn't agree more about doing what you want no matter what. Broadening your horizons even if it means being around people who 'don't like you' is key. You've gotta do you and not worry about anyone else. Easier said than done, yes, but the more you do it the more free you become!

Seriously, I was thinking the same thing! I loved that montage.
I literally thought "oh, of course she can skate" lol
It's quite simple... As long as you pay them they are nice to you! The other way around tho their behaviour towards you can be significantly different and even life threatening... I know that because I travelled and moved a lot and have turkish roots. They don't like us anywhere either.
Kelly: "I just like dressing up for the...birds"
The birds: "yaaassss queen!"
🤣🤣💯
Lolll
You go where ever YOU want Kelly!!!
Girl PREACH - I love traveling alone. I studied abroad in Europe while in College, then I up & moved to NYC from my hometown. I learn more & more about myself every time.♡ & damn girl you are flexible & can ice skate ?!🤸🏾♀️⛸
Dats wifey right there.👀💍
Jettie is a family name in my family, but I've NEVER come across another. Pleased to meet your acquaintance, sis. -Leah
@@SwedishMeatball972 Aww that's amazing - nice to meet you also !
I feel the same way about flying, you're going for you and to have fun and you dont have to let someone else's negativity ruin your fun/time or let it influence the places you wanna visit :)
U taught me that wanting to be alone it not always a bad thing
I see you bought the black dress. Love it!! Thank you for sharing this beautiful getaway with us. You rocked that ice by the way. 💕
6:50 she's giving us very much 70's vibes, very much Charlie's Angels, yes she's giving, she's giving a lot.
I feel like you're living life so authentically and it's so motivating for me! Keep doing you! There are so many different ways to relate to one another, and it would be a shame to limit oneself out of fear or anxieties
I’m so here for travelling alone. There looks so peaceful 🥺
Yes to not letting fear affect where you travel!! 👏🏾 ngl, I do get nervous at times, but I am usually met with more kind people than outwardly rude ones! ✨
"bougie mountain lady" is my favorite aesthetic 😌😌😌
Yeas
I took her actual advice and walked out on a date. It felt amazing!
I agree with you! When I travel, I go for the experience, the food, and the cool photos. What the locals think about me is none of my concern (I've always been received kindly or indifferently- both of whom I appreciate, btw).
The money I’d pay to go on these wholesome adventures with Kelly🤌💜
Same she’s bomb 💣
That was refreshing, such lovely scenery. It look so peaceful, The lodging looks fantastic and the food looked delicious. You have skills on the ICE.... I'm sure they were glad to have you, but kind of wondered, just who you were.
The contrast between the solitude of her surroundings and the statements of her outfits is art ✨
Yes! We have to get out of our comfort zones and not be afraid of what people think. Of course, use wisdom. 🤔 Go out there, break some stereotypes and make connections.
Bravo Kelly!🤗💖🙏🏽

All I know is I am a proud stampede member! And I LOVE that dress AND those boots!!! ❤️ I NEED to dress up for the birds! 👍🏻 Always inspiring! Thank YOU!
Enjoying oneself while working and same time making money out of it, is nothing but a huge blessing.
You do a great job of keeping a vlog moving and cohesive and keeping attention. I love that you show the things that you find interesting.
“I just like dressing up for the birds” 😂 that outfit is fire tho, birds or not, we love to see it 🙌🏾
I think you are going to be alright and happy belated birthday... you are so adventurous to travel so much. Enjoy yourself and keep it moving.
Teach me how to handle social anxiety and take solo trips. I totally would if I didn’t get anxious
Also that denim 1-piece 🔥😍
Could you start small?
@@dreamchaser5758 I think I should!
Try to choose beautiful places that arent packed out....once you realize nobody really cares youre there it gets easier lol
Kelly stays slaying the fashions honey. I’m a new sub and I love her unique classy style
You can do it sis! Rena you got this & the Stampede has your back. Period.
Thanks so much for this vlog, Kelly! I'm originally Texan, but I lived in Twin Falls for a couple of years, and I totally miss it and traveling the Snake River canyon! I enjoyed Sun Valley, and had fun watching the ice dancers practice (I wasn't getting my butt on the ice though, so kudos to you)! Ketchum is a cute town, and so are Hailey and Bellvue! You should definitely travel back to Sun Valley for ski season...there are lots of things to do and plenty of the rich and famous lounging about to dress cute for! I'm 43, 5'10 and a plus-sized dark-skinned woman...if the Idahoans adored me, then I know they totally loved you! If people are determined to be mired in fear, then you're setting yourself up for a painfully small existence, and that's no way to live. Glad you enjoyed yourself, Kelly! 💕
"because I need to wait for her to get off, because I need to be the best one on" - Kelly Stamps 2021
Couldn't agree more about doing what you want no matter what. Broadening your horizons even if it means being around people who 'don't like you' is key. You've gotta do you and not worry about anyone else. Easier said than done, yes, but the more you do it the more free you become!
kelly is 25 and thriving and thats what i aspire too when i reach that age
Who cares if you don't fit in!! And yes to going anywhere and everywhere. I love that attitude Kelly!!! 😍
the level of black luxury in this video is incredible
We’re here for it
Love that you’re down with going wherever at a moment’s notice. Same and yes it makes you smarter!!
