Spaghetti Squash
Cut spaghetti squash in halves scrape out innards and seeds. Drizzle EVOO over both halves then add :
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp lime pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp Evoo
Add all seasoning plus Evoo to spaghetti squash then cover each half with foil place in a 400 degree oven for 35-45 mins. Take out oven now it’s time to remove foil and stuff. Squash is ready when the sides and middle are easy to penetrate and fluff.
Stuffing (add evenly to both halves)
2 cups Fully cooked ground Turkey(cook and season to your liking add 1 cup to each half)
1 bell pepper diced
1/2 white onion diced
2 stalks celery diced
2 cups fiesta blend shredded cheese
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp lemon pepper
Bake in oven for 25- 30 mins or until cheese is melted and golden brown with crispy brown bits throughout. Hope you enjoy!❤️
