Thanks for this video Kreg. It definitely helped me out. I'm getting ready to use MCW Siearra Gold Metalic on my T-Bird gasser. I didn't know what the ratio needed to be or the air pressure. Thanks👍👊✌
He had an alligator clip on the hinge part sticking off of the back of the hood. If there is no built in "hinge" I'll use a little bit of blue tac or lightly super glue a cocktail stick where the underhood dampening material would be.
@@nismojukerich2994 Good idea about using the underhood insulating material areas as the contact spot for holding hood for painting. I never thought of that. Thanks.
@@nismojukerich2994 Thanks! Somehow I missed that little detail. I went back and re-watched it. Perhaps I was hopeful Kreg had a method for painting both sides of a part without a 'handle'.
Nice work Kreg I like how bright white over white primer is but it can be fun to keep track of
You seem calm when things don't go to plan; I tend to grind my teeth down to the gums.
Truck looks awesome Kreg!
Nice ❤
Lol, same video idea😂 You are much more organized than we are here. Looking good Kreg🤸🎸
It's looking good Kreg. I couldn't imagine trying to paint white on white. Happy Modeling ~ Cory
Surface really shines in the light!
Generally I'm no fan of white, but on this model it looks good ... especially with those decals.
Coming together nicely! Looking forward to the finish.
Looking great, Kreg! I always liked that era of Rangers. Woulda been fun to get one and put a 5.0 in it!👍
Looking good! Thanks for sharing.
Nice paint job as always. Thanks for the tips
Body looks Great!!! I'll be watching
Thanks Mike, now I'm fighting with some window trim, had to walk away for a few days lol
Looking really good,as always Kreg 😎👍🇺🇸 Nice work
Thanks Jimmy! Almost finished!
What a nice clean finish. White is and has been my most difficult color to work with, including primers. Just never comes out one color
Looking good, Kreg.
Looks good Kreg, 😎👍✌️
Another great paint job. Looking forward to the final. Sabledriver here, on my new channel.

Just like it left to Michigan Wayne plant

Kreg - how did you paint both sides of the hood in one go? Did you just apply the Tacky putty after the paint tacked up?
