From 14 to 25 I fell for that trap saying any consideration to self meant lack of care for others and I sacrificed all my needs. Now I understand “I want to give the best of me, not what’s left of me”

I have definitely struggled with this topic for a while. I know for a fact that I want to help others awaken, no question, but I’ve often over-thought and over-complicated it. There have been many times where I’ve wondered if it’s “selfish” of me to have certain boundaries, to be picky with the people I’m around, etc. I’ve also wondered if it’s selfish to pursue my passions if they don’t “directly” help others awaken. However, lately I’ve realized that it’s only through awakening myself more deeply that I can awaken others. That by coming into more of my true self and embodying/radiating that, I will naturally awaken others. I don’t have to try as hard as I thought. I don’t have to serve others in the same way other energetic healers do, right now, in order to uplift the collective vibration. I can be myself, love myself, and express myself and that can be enough right now. In time, I’m sure I will offer “healing” to others. But right now, I need to give that to myself. And I finally have made peace with that ❤ Thank you so much for this video fam… I agree the terms are outdated. By serving the self (in a healthy, conscious way) we serve the other. If we are whole/abundant on our own and don’t seek to manipulate or control or take from the other, then we are in service to the highest good. That’s all that matters imo. Truth, integrity, and awareness in how we interact with self AND others… cause in the end, there is no difference 💫
Indeed! I’ve gone through this same mess myself, and come to the same conclusion you did: You yourself are a gift to the world, and the best thing you can do is to be your best, most healed, self. 💝👍

My awakening started with the law of one and Aaron Abke’s teachings. My biggest struggle the first year was authenticity and self love. I went from narcissism to not even being able to have a perspective because I was worried about serving others. I think this is apart of the awakening journey. You wake up, realize you were kind of an ass lol and then swing to the other polarity. I find myself dangling in the middle these days or at least swaying way less and it’s nice. This message resonates!

If we can wake up ourselves that is the greatest service to others. Ramana Maharshi said the the greatest service you can give to the world is to wake up yourself. Sarah is taking the concepts from farther back in our earth history from Atlantis and the Children of the Law of One, I believe- the origins of Hermetic concepts. The Ra stuff uses those words, so she is connecting that thread for people influenced by the Ra material. That whole "blackmail you in order to lower your vibration" is mega huge!!!!! I can see it in many different areas of life. Anytime you're stuffed into a box of ANY SORT, your vibration lowers. I did not know that!!! THANK YOU! Your videos provide good insight. In this video that box is being typecast to fit a certain ideal of what a spiritual person looks like or has to be, ie poor, own nothing, no boundaries, etc. The antidote is simple: Follow your TRUE HEART and stay true to your true heart. This is everyone's "north star." The alignment we seek is HEART, MIND and BODY. To say that in another way, Heart (feelings/emotions) in alignment with Mind (thought, mental imagery, focus/concentration) in alignment with Body (speech/action or non-action). I love when you talk about the false light vs the real light. The false light is ANY sort of duality ... us vs them .... self and other ... it's false. And it can come out in so many ways so fast. Selfless does not mean letting people walk over you, that would not be service to the law of free will ~ healthy boundaries ~. Service to Others is service to others and self, Love in Alignment with Free Will. Service to Self is not respecting free will through control etc. Like David Hawkins' book Power vs. Force, Service to Others is empowering (lifting up through love- expansion) while Service to Self is forcing (tearing down through control- restriction). Different vibrational frequencies. There are two sides of Source energy- static (love) and dynamic (free will). Service to Others follows Divine laws, while Service to Self chooses to ignore Divine laws as long as they can.

The more you give the more you have, so there is no possibility of coming up short or depleted... unless you're looking to have some kind of reward in return, which then means it's no longer, "service to others" it's "service to self"... which is the ego.

You don't really exist, even boundaries are imaginary, because there's nothing that can actually harm you because you're not here, your 3D avatar is not you, it's just a tool you have to interact with the 3D world. Ra in the Law of One is a social memory complex, so to them I guess service-to-others means an aspect that makes them form that kind of collective. In this way they are also serving themselves since the members are themselves Ra. And Ra says somewhere that all service is to the One, which is an even larger oneness, the oneness of all of reality, including oneself.

We let and contributed to STS getting in control and power when most of humanity is STO. Once we unveil from this, humanity and earth won't ever be the same. We have been living from the mind-ego/lower 3 chakras of the body 🔻and are now inverting everything to the heart on up and unconditional love🔺And yes on STS and only serving themselves in the end, selfish and isolated existence. And we are inverting the kundalini pyramid to it's true form of where the point goes upward toward Creator, not downward to the negative and lower three chakras in the body which is where we've been living. Didn't "hear" you last time, Using my family as the example, though I have always sought to serve my immediate family I am now most compelled to serve my sisters younger daughter who I know is now in the throes of her Spiritual awakening as her family life is "collapsing" around her. She like me is the proverbial "black sheep", the one most "deserving" at this time to be helped all the more as she struggles to find and recognize her Divine Feminine.
The practice of seeing others as yourself is SO powerful! I was astounded by how “under the radar” my myriad of judgmental thoughts were. Most of my previously unrecognized judgements were rather petty and mundane…then I realized that I was judging myself in the same way-if not worse! What is the “cost” of releasing negative judgment? Nothing…yet, in the releasing, I felt so much joy, a lightness of being, and freedom! It is incredible how much energy it takes to hold on to negative thoughts ❤
Wow. I really appreciate this so much. I've been feeling so hurt by a family member who isn't offering help to me in a way that I so desperately need. I often think of this STS vs STO thing about this family member, as we are both on an awakening path. We have different ways of "being there" for people we care about and I often find myself "being there" in a much more self-sacrificing way than this family member does. This is just from my own perspective. I find myself saying to myself, "I would never let somebody be in a position like that and not help them." But that's just me. This family member does have very strong boundaries, and I can't fault them for that. But they also don't have any children or spouse, and no obligations to anybody, and they like it that way. How can I fault them for that? How can I judge another person's path? I realize that the conflict is within myself and the only way to move forward is to be okay with it, but without sacrificing myself. I don't know if any of this makes sense but I just wanted to say thank you!
I think feel you. For me, it was like that i could not believe someone can never be awakened, so I sacrificed myself to the ponit i felt like all the life force is sucked out of me. I still don’t know what is wrong. If it’s my inner conflict. I feel like I’m getting lost in a very strict self service pattern to protect myself. But it is so uneasy. Thank you, I was struggling with this for the last couple weeks,I matter too and my needs need to be met too,I still wanna help,but help how I can ,when I can,with what I can, and not because I have to. The ego tells me I'm selfish. Somedays I wanna save the world,somedays I don't care, somedays I help the homeless ppl outside my apt with something to eat, sometimes I help out my ex wives with money .I won't break my back to help so eone or so.ehig if I don't want to and if I'm being forced.i work in myself ,treat myself to things I enjoy,I might be doing much or saving the planet like other ppl,but the little I do,I do with a lot of love and positive intentions..even if it's helping the homeless girl with a col bucks so she can go buy drugs..I also gave her food and some words of wisdom if they ask or feel it's something they need to hear at that moment
When you do these (seeming) small kindnesses, you are simultaneously raising your own consciousness. It isn't either/or. Your heart is in a beautiful place. God doesn't rate our emotions and deeds on a human scale. The smallest action, done with a full heart is worth more than gold. And vice versa, our mistakes aren't judged from a human vantagepoint. Thank you for this video, it helps to express what I have thought about this "Service to Self and Service to Others". You cannot serve others without serving yourself. If you serve others with the love that you are, you serve the self. It is like light and darkness, the darkness cannot help but serve the light.

And if, one, had not seen all as one, will call you selfish(to increase awareness, so it will naturally help others, directly or indirectly). Once you realise that what you do to others you do to yourself you hit a paradox. Service to others is really the ultimate service to self. In my experience the highest choices always end up at a paradox. Universal balance says the more you give the more you'll recieve. Wheras in service to self you take from the universe and the universe reflects that back leaving you in a perpetual state of need.
Truth! As you are speaking, I identify myself and those around me. Including some of my adult children. Boundaries are important to protect our energy and I learned that last year when I put one up, yes it can be sacrificing something else that you really want, but we have to protect our energy. I live a much more peaceful life now. I'm not saying it's easy to sacrifice, I've ran into many people that say they can't do that. But it's a soul choice to live in peace or not. Doesn't mean I don't have Loving arms opened wide if they change, but that's a soul's choice. For now our souls are not aligned so it's best to keep up the boundary than to have a bully siphoning my energy. My question is this, is it only star seeds that are awakened right? Awaken to the point where they understand spirituality and what has happened to humanity? Awaken to the point to realize that religion was only used to separate and divide humanity? Or is it just star seeds that are that deeply awakened at this point in history? Personally I only see one or two other people awake to a good understanding of what is really happening. Everyone else I converse with online that is awakened as much as I am.

I've never been one to bury my head in the sand but at 54, wife and mom (2 daughters : 27 & 9...) and otherwise very happy. When I began working as a personal trainer, my spiritual awakening began taking place at such a fast rate. I wasn't seeking out more information, yet just the fact that I was helping people (for free lots of the time). I began to develop a discernment and naturally I would find myself inching towards this full on awakening that I feel im experiencing now. I truly believe service to others is a necessity for enlightenment. If you can't grasp the fact helping others in turn helps you. You will not grasp the fact that we are essentially connected as one. You need that strong sense of empathy and drive to better all of humanity collectively so you yourself can live in a prosperous timeline. When you think about it, Service to others is the most practical form of service to self, without the negative energy. Appreciate the content :)
Thank you for explaining your view of this. I see both ways I everyday life. Sick will always take from others to survive naturally. Like children and elderly too. Hence the most vital should be having enough energy generated to help the weaker in the community. As for the idea of one I cannot be one with an evil person. No way and don't want to be.
Hi, I woke up from a dream last night that basically showed me I was in STS because of the lack and fear that I am in involving my life and resources. Today, I see your video. And you described exactly the constricted and closed to Source/inspiration place that I experience myself in. I want to be in STO only. In all the work I have done and proof I have seen of my Divinity and my being always taken care of, there is this Terror and Need for Control I experience that I feel I have no command over. It feels unhealable, even though I don't want to write that or believe it. It is like I subconsciously don't want God or Love or the change my being is looking for but would rather stubbornly defy God and say it is out of my control. I want this place healed and whole or returned to Source, because it is MY WILL to be a loving being that receives love from God and the external world. Here is a note from my personal experience. I have bipolar. When I am down I just want solitude, and boring conversation just irritates me. I get extremely OCD, and narcist tendencies of feeling the world owes me door of opportunity. When I am up I can laugh off emotionally frustrating experiences, and I'll help you with anything. I tried to get off my meds once and became manic 3 months. The spectrum became more broad. After those 3 months I couldn't go to work. Thank god I knew the solution because that moment I could have been on the news for killing someone. (Never have been violent once in my life) It sounds exactly like an imbalance of what she is talking about. I have a tendency of avoiding problems, because I felt it is easier. Also, I know my aries energy is dangerous coming from within. I let it out usually just vocally complaining. To me it feels like it keeps me in check. I have a gut feeling I could do something horrible that would get me locked up for the rest of my life if I just let go one time. Fantasy of doing horrible things have occured regularily in certain points in my life. I never do. I have self control assistance from meditation. The whole point of me telling you this is it feels like a dual sided imbalance of energy with possible parasitic entities.
It's been very hard for me to uplift and keep my spiritual vibration consistently elevated lately. Especially with the recent tragedy of the Maui fires. A 'light bulb moment' went off for me and I realized the connection of all these fires here and abroad. It's because I care deeply. ....challenging to see and feel the light of upliftment when so many others are suffering needlessly.
My kids are on the island next door. These islands, all of Polynesia, holds a dear place in my heart. So I appreciate what you wrote. I think, though, that it’s in these times it’s most critical to keep our frequency uplifted and bright. Because that will make us MOVE & SERVE and make things better. Empathy can be deeply painful and sad. It's ok. It doesn't negate joy. Unity consciousness allows for both at once. We should feel sad for their suffering. We use these emotions to strengthen our resolve to continue working towards Unity in this timeline. We love them.

Where I like to take this message which is stellar. I tend to see the red pillar and blue pillar and take both degrees of consciousness and blend them to the perfect harmonious central pillar existence of life, balance and divine existence. All is one, to shun one or the other is to shun self and become caught in the web like fish. I reached a point in my life where a Being of Light appeared to me and explained the truth of reality and I had to make a choice of which path to choose STO or STS. STO I wouldn't be rich but I would always have enough and awaken to a psychic gift, I won't know it until after I chose. And STS I would be rich. It took me a long time to decide I could ask to Show me the choices and this being would appear and I could see two timelines, it was AMAZING. I thought I was on drugs, but the being said no, this was the real deal. I appreciate the way She @The Alchemist explains things, even though this isn't quite how I felt during this, she does an amazing job.
Sounds like a movie plot .. what did you end up doing? I would do STS and be rich and then give to others as truly needy people nice people need it .. that way you guarantee you are rich, take care of yourself and then can help others as needed without hurting yourself in the process

When you started talking about Service to Self and how it is misinterpreted by some, I thought of the idea, and actual instruction, that when there is an event on an airplane you need to put your own oxygen mask on first before you put the mask on someone else. You cannot help anyone if you are dead! As in many things it is a spectrum - a sliding scale. I have seen elsewhere (David Wilcock I think) that so long as you have 51% or more as Service to Others that’s ok. Blessings to you 🙏🏼🕊🤍✨

Like feeling like your drowning in life and you start being erratic because it seems so desperate and you feel like you have to do something to change things. Probably the worst time of my life because for a brief time I didn't care about other people and that is far from who I am. It's not real though it's like a waking nightmare that has convinced us that things are bad when they aren't really. It's the mind being dramatic. Everything is fine. The Ra Material was the book of my spiritual awakening. I just feel like adding one thing to this concept which was lightly touched on. This notion of STO - STS is Most relevant in our current density (3rd). In fact, if an entity is to graduate into 4th Density consciousness (some call this the 5th dimension), it is actually the choosing of the entity of one of these two polarities. Both polarities can graduate, but it takes a lot of concentrated will, and an extremely strong separation mentality, for a STS entity to move on. So the important thing in this density is The Choice. To go the STO path is to choose the thoughts that lead to oneness, unity, love, compassion for others, aiding in the raising of the earths vibration. You then begin to polarize towards STO and eventually you build up enough charge to graduate into 4th Density. I have definitely struggled with this topic for a while. I know for a fact that I want to help others awaken, no question, but I’ve often over-thought and over-complicated it. There have been many times where I’ve wondered if it’s “selfish” of me to have certain boundaries, to be picky with the people I’m around, etc. I’ve also wondered if it’s selfish to pursue my passions if they don’t “directly” help others awaken. However, lately I’ve realized that it’s only through awakening myself more deeply that I can awaken others. That by coming into more of my true self and embodying/radiating that, I will naturally awaken others. I don’t have to try as hard as I thought. I don’t have to serve others in the same way other energetic healers do, right now, in order to uplift the collective vibration. I can be myself, love myself, and express myself and that can be enough right now. In time, I’m sure I will offer “healing” to others. But right now, I need to give that to myself. And I finally have made peace with that ❤ Thank you so much for this video fam… I agree the terms are outdated. By serving the self (in a healthy, conscious way) we serve the other. If we are whole/abundant on our own and don’t seek to manipulate or control or take from the other, then we are in service to the highest good. That’s all that matters imo. Truth, integrity, and awareness in how we interact with self AND others… cause in the end, there is no difference 💫

My awakening started with the law of one and Aaron Abke’s teachings. My biggest struggle the first year was authenticity and self love. I went from narcissism to not even being able to have a perspective because I was worried about serving others. I think this is apart of the awakening journey. You wake up, realize you were kind of an ass lol and then swing to the other polarity. I find myself dangling in the middle these days or at least swaying way less and it’s nice. This message resonates!
I woke up to realize I was a people pleaser and did for everyone else and now I’m on the other side of it, as uncomfortable as it can be sometimes

Sarah is taking the concepts from farther back in our earth history from Atlantis and the Children of the Law of One, I believe- the origins of Hermetic concepts.
The Ra stuff uses those words, so she is connecting that thread for people influenced by the Ra material.

That whole "blackmail you in order to lower your vibration" is mega huge!!!!! I can see it in many different areas of life. Anytime you're stuffed into a box of ANY SORT, your vibration lowers. I did not know that!!! THANK YOU! Your videos provide good insight. In this video that box is being typecast to fit a certain ideal of what a spiritual person looks like or has to be, ie poor, own nothing, no boundaries, etc.
The antidote is simple: Follow your TRUE HEART and stay true to your true heart. This is everyone's "north star." The alignment we seek is HEART, MIND and BODY. To say that in another way, Heart (feelings/emotions) in alignment with Mind (thought, mental imagery, focus/concentration) in alignment with Body (speech/action or non-action).

Selfless does not mean letting people walk over you, that would not be service to the law of free will ~ healthy boundaries ~. Service to Others is service to others and self, Love in Alignment with Free Will. Service to Self is not respecting free will through control etc. Like David Hawkins' book Power vs. Force, Service to Others is empowering (lifting up through love- expansion) while Service to Self is forcing (tearing down through control- restriction). Different vibrational frequencies. There are two sides of Source energy- static (love) and dynamic (free will). Service to Others follows Divine laws, while Service to Self chooses to ignore Divine laws as long as they can.

The more you give the more you have, so there is no possibility of coming up short or depleted... unless you're looking to have some kind of reward in return, which then means it's no longer, "service to others" it's "service to self"... which is the ego.
That’s not what this is. That’s a lack of boundaries which is individual to everyone. She mentions it, in the beginning.
Did they take advantage of Jesus? Did he fail to enforce healthy boundaries? You don't really exist, even boundaries are imaginary, because there's nothing that can actually harm you because you're not here, your 3D avatar is not you, it's just a tool you have to interact with the 3D world. Gandhi said: I strive to make myself zero. Make yourself zero, and there's no such thing as taking advantage of you. Boundaries are limitations.
Ra in the Law of One is a social memory complex, so to them I guess service-to-others means an aspect that makes them form that kind of collective. In this way they are also serving themselves since the members are themselves Ra. And Ra says somewhere that all service is to the One, which is an even larger oneness, the oneness of all of reality, including oneself.
4th density and 5D is basically social memory complex- group consciousness. Alice Bailey refers to it in the 5th and 6th initiations onwards too.

We let and contributed to STS getting in control and power when most of humanity is STO. Once we unveil from this, humanity and earth won't ever be the same. We have been living from the mind-ego/lower 3 chakras of the body 🔻and are now inverting everything to the heart on up and unconditional love🔺And yes on STS and only serving themselves in the end, selfish and isolated existence. And we are inverting the kundalini pyramid to it's true form of where the point goes upward toward Creator, not downward to the negative and lower three chakras in the body which is where we've been living. Didn't "hear" you last time, Using my family as the example, though I have always sought to serve my immediate family I am now most compelled to serve my sisters younger daughter who I know is now in the throes of her Spiritual awakening as her family life is "collapsing" around her. She like me is the proverbial "black sheep", the one most "deserving" at this time to be helped all the more as she struggles to find and recognize her Divine Feminine.
The practice of seeing others as yourself is SO powerful! I was astounded by how “under the radar” my myriad of judgmental thoughts were. Most of my previously unrecognized judgements were rather petty and mundane…then I realized that I was judging myself in the same way-if not worse! What is the “cost” of releasing negative judgment? Nothing…yet, in the releasing, I felt so much joy, a lightness of being, and freedom! It is incredible how much energy it takes to hold on to negative thoughts ❤

Wow. I really appreciate this so much. I've been feeling so hurt by a family member who isn't offering help to me in a way that I so desperately need. I often think of this STS vs STO thing about this family member, as we are both on an awakening path. We have different ways of "being there" for people we care about and I often find myself "being there" in a much more self-sacrificing way than this family member does. This is just from my own perspective. I find myself saying to myself, "I would never let somebody be in a position like that and not help them." But that's just me. This family member does have very strong boundaries, and I can't fault them for that. But they also don't have any children or spouse, and no obligations to anybody, and they like it that way. How can I fault them for that? How can I judge another person's path? I realize that the conflict is within myself and the only way to move forward is to be okay with it, but without sacrificing myself. I don't know if any of this makes sense but I just wanted to say thank you!
I think feel you. For me, it was like that i could not believe someone can never be awakened, so I sacrificed myself to the ponit i felt like all the life force is sucked out of me.
I still don’t know what is wrong. If it’s my inner conflict. I feel like I’m getting lost in a very strict self service pattern to protect myself. But it is so uneasy.

Somedays I wanna save the world,somedays I don't care, somedays I help the homeless ppl outside my apt with something to eat, sometimes I help out my ex wives with money .I won't break my back to help so eone or so.ehig if I don't want to and if I'm being forced.i work in myself ,treat myself to things I enjoy,I might be doing much or saving the planet like other ppl,but the little I do,I do with a lot of love and positive intentions..even if it's helping the homeless girl with a col bucks so she can go buy drugs..I also gave her food and some words of wisdom if they ask or feel it's something they need to hear at that moment
When you do these (seeming) small kindnesses, you are simultaneously raising your own consciousness. It isn't either/or. Your heart is in a beautiful place.
God doesn't rate our emotions and deeds on a human scale. The smallest action, done with a full heart is worth more than gold.
And vice versa, our mistakes aren't judged from a human vantagepoint. You're doing God's work. 🙏
Thank you for this video, it helps to express what I have thought about this "Service to Self and Service to Others". You cannot serve others without serving yourself. If you serve others with the love that you are, you serve the self. It is like light and darkness, the darkness cannot help but serve the light.

Once you realise that what you do to others you do to yourself you hit a paradox. Service to others is really the ultimate service to self. In my experience the highest choices always end up at a paradox. Universal balance says the more you give the more you'll recieve.
Wheras in service to self you take from the universe and the universe reflects that back leaving you in a perpetual state of need.
Truth! As you are speaking, I identify myself and those around me. Including some of my adult children. Boundaries are important to protect our energy and I learned that last year when I put one up, yes it can be sacrificing something else that you really want, but we have to protect our energy. I live a much more peaceful life now. I'm not saying it's easy to sacrifice, I've ran into many people that say they can't do that. But it's a soul choice to live in peace or not. Doesn't mean I don't have Loving arms opened wide if they change, but that's a soul's choice. For now our souls are not aligned so it's best to keep up the boundary than to have a bully siphoning my energy.
My question is this, is it only star seeds that are awakened right? Awaken to the point where they understand spirituality and what has happened to humanity? Awaken to the point to realize that religion was only used to separate and divide humanity?
Or is it just star seeds that are that deeply awakened at this point in history?
Personally I only see one or two other people awake to a good understanding of what is really happening. Everyone else I converse with online that is awakened as much as I am.

When I began working as a personal trainer, my spiritual awakening began taking place at such a fast rate. I wasn't seeking out more information, yet just the fact that I was helping people (for free lots of the time). I began to develop a discernment and naturally I would find myself inching towards this full on awakening that I feel im experiencing now.
I truly believe service to others is a necessity for enlightenment. If you can't grasp the fact helping others in turn helps you. You will not grasp the fact that we are essentially connected as one. You need that strong sense of empathy and drive to better all of humanity collectively so you yourself can live in a prosperous timeline.
When you think about it, Service to others is the most practical form of service to self, without the negative energy.

Hi, I woke up from a dream last night that basically showed me I was in STS because of the lack and fear that I am in involving my life and resources. Today, I see your video. And you described exactly the constricted and closed to Source/inspiration place that I experience myself in. I want to be in STO only. In all the work I have done and proof I have seen of my Divinity and my being always taken care of, there is this Terror and Need for Control I experience that I feel I have no command over. It feels unhealable, even though I don't want to write that or believe it. It is like I subconsciously don't want God or Love or the change my being is looking for but would rather stubbornly defy God and say it is out of my control. Here is a note from my personal experience. I have bipolar. When I am down I just want solitude, and boring conversation just irritates me. I get extremely OCD, and narcist tendencies of feeling the world owes me door of opportunity. When I am up I can laugh off emotionally frustrating experiences, and I'll help you with anything. I tried to get off my meds once and became manic 3 months. The spectrum became more broad. After those 3 months I couldn't go to work. Thank god I knew the solution because that moment I could have been on the news for killing someone. (Never have been violent once in my life) It sounds exactly like an imbalance of what she is talking about. I have a tendency of avoiding problems, because I felt it is easier. Also, I know my aries energy is dangerous coming from within. I let it out usually just vocally complaining. To me it feels like it keeps me in check. I have a gut feeling I could do something horrible that would get me locked up for the rest of my life if I just let go one time. Fantasy of doing horrible things have occured regularily in certain points in my life. I never do. I have self control assistance from meditation. The whole point of me telling you this is it feels like a dual sided imbalance of energy with possible parasitic entities.

It's been very hard for me to uplift and keep my spiritual vibration consistently elevated lately. Especially with the recent tragedy of the Maui fires. A 'light bulb moment' went off for me and I realized the connection of all these fires here and abroad. It's because I care deeply. ....challenging to see and feel the light of upliftment when so many others are suffering needlessly.
My kids are on the island next door. These islands, all of Polynesia, holds a dear place in my heart. So I appreciate what you wrote. I think, though, that it’s in these times it’s most critical to keep our frequency uplifted and bright. Because that will make us MOVE & SERVE and make things better. Where I like to take this message which is stellar. I tend to see the red pillar and blue pillar and take both degrees of consciousness and blend them to the perfect harmonious central pillar existence of life, balance and divine existence. I reached a point in my life where a Being of Light appeared to me and explained the truth of reality and I had to make a choice of which path to choose STO or STS. STO I wouldn't be rich but I would always have enough and awaken to a psychic gift, I won't know it until after I chose. And STS I would be rich. It took me a long time to decide I could ask to Show me the choices and this being would appear and I could see two timelines, it was AMAZING. I thought I was on drugs, but the being said no, this was the real deal. I appreciate the way She @The Alchemist explains things, even though this isn't quite how I felt during this, she does an amazing job.
Sounds like a movie plot .. what did you end up doing? I would do STS and be rich and then give to others as truly needy people nice people need it .. that way you guarantee you are rich, take care of yourself and then can help others as needed without hurting yourself in the process

When you started talking about Service to Self and how it is misinterpreted by some, I thought of the idea, and actual instruction, that when there is an event on an airplane you need to put your own oxygen mask on first before you put the mask on someone else. You cannot help anyone if you are dead!

I have seen elsewhere (David Wilcock I think) that so long as you have 51% or more as Service to Others that’s ok.

Even better than Rate My Takeaway 🤣 'Separation consciousness' now I think I've experienced something like that where I felt kept apart from better life experiences and felt horrible inside. Like feeling like your drowning in life and you start being erratic because it seems so desperate and you feel like you have to do something to change things. Probably the worst time of my life because for a brief time I didn't care about other people and that is far from who I am. It's not real though it's like a waking nightmare that has convinced us that things are bad when they aren't really. It's the mind being dramatic. Everything is fine. Even if it doesn't seem that way, everything is fine. Just be still. Don't be misled. Nothing is really lacking and nothing really needs to be gained.

The Ra Material was the book of my spiritual awakening. I just feel like adding one thing to this concept which was lightly touched on. This notion of STO - STS is Most relevant in our current density (3rd). In fact, if an entity is to graduate into 4th Density consciousness (some call this the 5th dimension), it is actually the choosing of the entity of one of these two polarities. Both polarities can graduate, but it takes a lot of concentrated will, and an extremely strong separation mentality, for a STS entity to move on. So the important thing in this density is The Choice.
To go the STO path is to choose the thoughts that lead to oneness, unity, love, compassion for others, aiding in the raising of the earths vibration. You then begin to polarize towards STO and eventually you build up enough charge to graduate into 4th Density. Moving beyond 3rd Density, these polarities, while still relevant, are no longer the main lessons within that density, but it's the initial choosing in this density that creates the framework for your continued learning in the following densities.
