Very excellent description and agree 100%. I am dumbfounded by how many of the intellectual group deny this understanding of grace and punishment. A great read small read basically on this topic is "on the incarnation" by Athanasius. "Thus, taking a body like our own, because all our bodies were liable to the corruption of death, He surrendered His body to death instead of all, and offered it to the Father. This He did out of sheer love for us, so that in His death all might die, and the law of death thereby be abolished because, having fulfilled in His body that for which it was appointed, it was thereafter voided of its power for men."
Awesome quote. And Athanasius was even more forceful on it here: "And Psalm 22, speaking in the Saviour's own person, describes the manner of His death. Thou has brought me into the dust of death, for many dogs have compassed me, the assembly of the wicked have laid siege to me. They peirced my hands and my feet, they numbered all my bones, they gazed and stared at me, they parted my garments among them and cast lots for my vesture. They pierced my hands and my feet- what else can that mean except the cross? and Psalms 22 and 69, again speaking in the Lord's own person, tell us further that He suffered these things, not for His own sake but for ours. Thou has made Thy wrath to rest upon me, says the one; and the other adds, I paid them things I never took. For He did not die as being Himself liable to death: He suffered for us, and bore in Himself the wrath that was the penalty of our transgression, even as Isaiah says, Himself bore our weaknesses. [Mt 8:17] So in Psalm 138 we say, The Lord will make requital for me; and in the 72nd the Spirit says, He shall save the children of the poor and bring the slanderer low, for from the hand of the mighty He has set the poor man free, the needy man whom there was none to help."
When I look into Christ. It was very hard to come across a massage that’s is similar but I did. That is what I notice the most. The problem is see is that it isn’t push in that direction from Christ in today’s terms. Great explanation
" God - given wisdom" ? 😅😅😅. Not at all, it's nothing more than Wes and his fanatics trying to find something they can use , to defend their fairy tale , and main character .
I don't know if this is the biblical interpretation. But I think that the presence of both mercy and justice without contradiction, is a direct reflection of God's perfect love. Justice because you can be just without loving, but not loving without being just. Therefore, if he's all-loving, he's just. And Mercy, because despite our mistakes and transgressions, he sees that there still exists a way to solve the problem, and he's willing to do anything for us.
6:40 you also get to be reborn, when we die we will be able to enter a glorified holy spiritual reality. Life would be infinitely times better. Thank You Jesus for dying for my soul. I could not have seen Heaven without you. Thank you for this hope Lord❤️✝️
The thing that separates Christianity from false religions is the "works" that other religions require. Salvation is a gift. What most Christians don't seem to understand that as with any other good father (responsible for raising his children properly) God will chastise his children in this life ("under the sun") when he knows that it is called for. Proverbs 13:24 King James Version 24 He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes. Hebrews 12:6 King James Version 6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. When we die and go to heaven, however, we have no sin to account for, because of our faith. Romans 4:5 King James Version 5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. When we are raptured, we will have no need to be chastised, because we will be like Jesus, our souls "dwelling" in a glorified body. Philippians 3:21 King James Version 21 Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.
Mercy is not getting what you do deserve Grace is getting what you don’t deserve Jesus dying on the cross for us was a Mercy Us getting to go to heaven despite sin is grace It is a grace, because not everyone gets it despite the mercy.

This He did out of sheer love for us, so that in His death all might die, and the law of death thereby be abolished because, having fulfilled in His body that for which it was appointed, it was thereafter voided of its power for men."
Clearly you are dumfounded
because: intellectual
people do not believe in
religious - fairy tales
that are based - on
blind faith.
Awesome quote. And Athanasius was even more forceful on it here:
"And Psalm 22, speaking in the Saviour's own person, describes the manner of His death.
Well said well said
Wonderful explanation mmmm this is the easiest and simplest explanation I have ever encountered in my life
What a great explanation of the gospel! Praise be to God and thank you Wes.
Love your work! Ex Buddhist monk and love your description of the differences. Probably aware but it’s 4 noble truths not 7. God Bless
thank you wes!
Yes, Jesus flips the upside down insanity we were born into on its own head!
When I look into Christ. It was very hard to come across a massage that’s is similar but I did. That is what I notice the most. The problem is see is that it isn’t push in that direction from Christ in today’s terms. Great explanation
Im definitely including you in my prayers today. Thank you for your God given wisdom 🙏. Ephesians 6:12
" God - given wisdom" ? 😅😅😅. Not at all, it's nothing
more than Wes and his
fanatics trying to find
something they can
use , to defend their
fairy tale , and main
character .
Only on the cross of Christ is both God's justice and mercy fully satisfied, so by grace are we saved through faith, not by our works, but by Him ✝️
I don't know if this is the biblical interpretation.
All of God's attributes are equal. One isn't sacrificed or put aside for the other.
Christianity is beautiful... I Love you Jesus!!
I long for the day you appear on Joe Rogan. Thanks to Billy Carson for introducing me to you Wes Huff. Thank you so much for all you do.

It's definitely coming
@@Josephstoke-j3y Yeah, didn’t Ruslan say that Joe has started following Wes now? Pretty cool.
If William Lane Craig hasn't appeared on Joe Rogan yet, I seriously doubt Wes will.
@@black-crossWes is way more charismatic and likable

Very Clear!!! Would love to see you explain the Gospel to Jacob Hansen of Thoughtful Faith: an LDS channel!!!
Thanks!
Explaining vastly complicated truths so well...
Wes, don't fall. We need you right now at this time.
The thing that separates Christianity from false religions is the "works" that other religions require.
Salvation is a gift.
What most Christians don't seem to understand that as with any other good father (responsible for raising his children properly) God will chastise his children in this life ("under the sun") when he knows that it is called for.
Proverbs 13:24
King James Version
24 He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes.
Hebrews 12:6
King James Version
6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.
When we die and go to heaven, however, we have no sin to account for, because of our faith.
Romans 4:5
King James Version
5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.
When we are raptured, we will have no need to be chastised, because we will be like Jesus, our souls "dwelling" in a glorified body.
Philippians 3:21
King James Version
21 Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.
Mercy is not getting what you do deserve
Grace is getting what you don’t deserve
Jesus dying on the cross for us was a Mercy
Us getting to go to heaven despite sin is grace
It is a grace, because not everyone gets it despite the mercy.
