- Today I am sharing 5 new air fryer recipes with you which I really hope you enjoy and try at home :) These recipes have been tried and tested at home and have all gone down very well with the whole family..

RECIPES & INGREDIENTS:
Salmon wrap: puff pastry, Salmon fillet, 80g frozen spinach, 1/4 veg stock, 40g soft cheese, salt & pepper, milk or egg for brushing
Chicken burger: chicken breast, 1tsp paprika, 1tsp garlic granules, crushed cornflakes, Burger bun, lettuce, sauce of choice
gnocchi bake: gnocchi, 100g premade pasta sauce, 60g blue cheese, salt & pepper
PREPPED PASTA SAUCE: • 7 MEALS for £45 - WEEK...
cauliflower bites: cauliflour head, 6tbsp sesame seed oil, 6tsp soy sauce, 1tsp lazy garlic, 1tsp ginger powder, 2tbsp honey or maple syrup, 1tsp lemon grass puree, 1tbsp corn starch, sesame seeds
Baked caramel egg: Carael creme egg, puff pastry

Omgosh I literally just looked at my salmon and couldn't decide what to do so had pilchards on toast instead 🙃 shall do that tomorrow now thanks

I’ve absolutely loved all of the brand new air fryer recipes from you. The baked caramel egg was so delicious, oozing and gooey and it was my favourite too! The cauliflower bites were amazing! Great side for entertaining or hosting with family. Homemade chicken burgers are lovely. What a super idea to use cornflakes to cover the chicken instead of using breadcrumbs! Hi kerry how are you. I love the recipes. More so the salmon and chicken the chocolate one is good but trying to be good been eating more protein lately in my diet more so need to lose these recipes will help. Any videos with protein is great gives me ideas what to eat. Thank you.

If im honest.. its a bit of trial and error.. so when I put these videos out, ive tried the recipes out already and worked out the best timing and temperatures for each!! hehehe xxx

It’s from Amazon.. I think it might be an Amazon own brand.. comes in a pack of two and yes you are right.. it really does fit perfectly in this air fryer 🥰🥰🥰

How do you get on with the Instant Air fryer? Do you find it different from your old Proscenic? Ali x
I really love the Instant air fryer.. the capacity is so much better for our family as I could never cook the full meal in my proscenic but can in this one :) xxx
@@KerryWhelpdale aah thanks Kerry. I bought the Proscenic T22 from a refund I got from Amazon when my Cosori was recalled two weeks ago. By the T22 is smaller than the Cosori so I need another air fryer so I can cook more items x
