Hi Susan , I am glad you liked my video. As I originally started out making paper mache sculptures, I do make my own paper clay from time to time, especially for larger sculptures. I find for smaller ones like this it is so much easier and less messy to grab a pack of ready made Creative Paperclay®. Both are strong.
Creative Paperclay® sticks naturally to rough surfaces like foil and wood. Smoother surfaces require glue. Another scenario where you always require glue is when adding new clay to clay that has already dried. I tend to always use glue out of habit. In terms of what glue, I think either Glue All or school glue would be fine. The bulk of the clay is paper, so what ever works on paper should be fine. Hope this helps!

ooo yeah thats good to know. I usually just use clay to clay :x it seems to hold up but maybe ill try that ^_^
