It would've been nice if Allen Ludden was still alive. Could you imagine him and Betty competing against each other on this show?

As much as I liked Card Sharks, I would've always preferred this over that.

I hate how Buzzr overlays the words in the jackpot round with a promo.

Oh, Maureen. We have to say goodbye to you because that was her second loss. This is tragic. I hate to see her go. This nice lady will be leaving us with $550. Thank you, Maureen for playing our game. It was fun having you on the show. As for you, Bob - you got a chance at $10,000 with Jamie Foxx.

I just don't understand how the champ was able to get the three bonus words in 12 seconds after struggling so hard with the 60-second bonus round. I mean, who wouldn't recognize a rose?!

21:58 Dick DeBartolo was a staffer on several Goodson-Todman games, including "Body Language", "Tattletales", "Super Password", and "Match Game".
He is also a technology geek, donning the moniker of "The Giz Wiz". He appeared many times with Leo Laporte on the TechTV show "The Screen Savers", among other endeavors.

***** You forgot *"To Tell The Truth"*. Perhaps, his most famous contributions came from there and *"Match Game"*, but that is just my opinion..

My idea of tech staff had the show been shot at the "Other" CBS (CBS Studio Center):
    Associate Director RICK STERN
Stage Managers SHARI GENSER, BARRY KAPLAN
    Technical Director BOB JONES
Director of Photography (E) MIKE BERLIN
    Audio EDWARD MOSKOWITZ, MYLES WEINER
    Video JOHN PALACIO JR.
Cameras PAUL BASTA, MIKE KEELER, KEN TAMBURRI, IRV WAITSMAN, GARTH WILSON
    Videotape Editor KEVIN MULDOON
    Wardrobe GORDON BROCKWAY
    Make-Up SUE CARY-ZENS
    Hairstylist TERRI CANNON

***** They must have been in a rush to complete the credits before they faded to black. Can somebody say *"OOPS!"*?
