Gethon it’s due to missing sliderends, if you get a 100 on a slider you probably missed a combo since you didn’t complete the slider, it happens often

Gethon An fc just means the combo didnt break. A miss or sliderbreak could cause the combo to break therefore not being full combo.
Missing sliderends only reduce combo but not breaking combo, therefore still considered fc. A perfect full combo is the one where the whole song is played without any sliderend miss which is quite hard for maps that are 8 stars and above actually.

Roku A beat map needs to meet quite a few requirements for it to be ranked. It's kinda complicated at first and there are a lot of rules. Read the mapping guidelines in the osu website or watch youtubers such as "pishifat" so you could have a better idea as to why.
