I would use the bird cards as: little birds=communication, chickens=gossip, owls=wisdom words/advices
It's nice to hear someone else doesn't always read the fox as devious... I've always seen it as clever, mischievous, or both... in fact, now that I think about it, I don't think I've ever seen it as devious.
I appreciate the way you always include relevant resources with your reviews! Of course, since I seem to get punch-drunk watching your reviews, and end up buying the decks, as often as not, this is a very helpful thing. LOL.

Hi, thanks for the very informative video. About twelve years ago I was introduced to the Lenormand cards and found them truly fascinating. I moved abroad and the cards were in a cardboard box for a number of years. I have just dug them out and have been getting back into using them. I have ordered this deck and am looking forward to them arriving. Am still trying desperately to get my head round all the meanings, but I think I may actually try with the full deck in this case.

This is a really great deck made by someone who really knew Lenormand well and then gave it a nudge towards oracle and a naturistic practice, very well done!

Hi Kelly. So I bought this deck and the card backs are lovely. I did a reading today for my husband and asked him to choose which "Alternative" cards he liked best. He chose the man and woman of equal standing, and in the reading they came out side by side. How exciting to see that they made one whole picture! (maybe why they are borderless?) but the scope for reading the man and woman is fabulous. What if the querant chooses different status? what if the woman precedes the man? I see that if the "Whole Picture" is complete its much more harmonious than the other combinations. So, This deck, for that reason alone has become my Far and Above favourite deck. It will obviously be THE One for relationship readings!! Thanks again xxxx

The artwork reminds me alot of my much loved 'Druid Craft' tarot cards. Some of the characters seem very familiar! Definitely the same artist.

Brenda M. Hi Brenda, I'm so happy you found my channel! This really is simply a wonderful deck and I feel sure you're going to love it. Do you intend to use ALL the cards together or are you picking and choosing for a traditional size?
I'm going to stick with the traditional 36 since I've only started with lenormand a few months ago. I started reading the book earlier at work but had to stop at the Clouds card (my boss came over with work to do!). My plan is to spend the weekend reading the book and then deciding which cards I'm going to use. I can't think of a better way to spend a weekend ;-)

Thanks so much for this review! I've been wanting to get a Lenormand deck and couldn't decide. Being an artist I must say the beautiful artwork by Will Worthington really drew my eye. I've never used Lenormand before and wasn't sure if I would like it . Your review of the booklet was fantastic and helped me decide if I wanted to spend the money on another deck. Also I'm happy that you don't see the fox as bad. I know it sounds silly but I was sorry to see the poor fox getting a bad rap in the Lenormand deck.
This is absolutelly awesome, It is a really beautif deck, the sun and moon cards are soooo pretty, but in the other hand I am totally agree with you, what they did with the heart card!?!? It is confusing, and the stars are beautiful with out that ugly man in there... whatever, thank you so much for this review!! Greetings from Chile.

Tanya Wright You make a very good point that it really helps to see it all laid out as how a Lenormand card looks one by one is fine and good but in the end they will likely be used all at once! I'll remember that for further Lenormand reviews!

Cuilfaen I hear you on that one! I have two new coming (one came yesterday, the Kuan Yin Oracle deck) only because I put two decks up that I just don't work with so two out two in LOL O.o I don't think anyone can go wrong with this deck to be honest.

Well, as I don´t want to give away any of my decks at the moment, I´ll have to wait patiently... Took a look at some pictures of the Kuan Yin Oracle - nice! Thank goodness, I´m not that focused on Oracle Decks (or Lenormands usually - the Celtic Lenormand would be my first), so there´s no "danger" here ;)
Cuilfaen My cards stay somewhat in control because I'm fairly picky and am only looking for cards that resonate with me to the degree I will work with them. I have my tarot decks pretty set where I want them and there are only a few oracle decks that I want. Lenormand there aren't too many more I want either (again thanks to a picky factor) lol but that can always change, Lenormand has surprised me in being probably 40% of my reading requests so I do like to have choices lol. Plus it's my duty to review decks for other people, right? right? ;)

And I agree with you on the "being picky" part. Even if I purchase all the decks I´m interested in, I´ll still own less than 15 decks altogether. Don´t think I´d ever start collecting decks just for the sake of it.

Hi lovely Kelly. I love the pictures on these cards, but the backs.. I think they look cheap and boring. Maybe it's the beige, buff colour. It doesn't go with the beautiful and colourful artwork. I'm really fussy about card backs. After all, we, and our clients, see a lot of them and they should beckon you to want to look within. xx
+Karen Grace Aung :) I actually quite love the back, they aren't beige at all, they are a rich yellow/gold color. I'm with you, though, on wanting well thought out backs as most of my used decks sit out with the back up, it's important! :D

hi , could you please explain me when a card indicat a person , with the meaning cartomancie and when you think it means an événement or things ? for example whip , wich means fight , arguments...but also a person with the jack of clubs ? how do you choose between the 2 meanings ? Lily , snake , house , clouds ..indicate too , some person ..thank u very much .its a réal pleasure to read you !!
