When I breastfed my son, I was curious as to how my milk tasted. I expressed less than a teaspoon and tried it, and I couldn't believe how sweet it was! I know my son's baby doctor told me to start him on yellow vegetables when he first took solids. He said that if I started him on fruit, it would be hard to change to veggies. I completely understood! This was in 1979 and now they don't add sugar or salt to baby food.

no other way of getting the milk out? uh, i spent over 24 hours with my husband in the ER while i was breastfeeding my infant and i didn't have a pump. i hand-expressed into the sink. i feel like this is either a shared kink or that man convinced her his personal fetish was some kind of medical necessity.

Sometimes hand expressing can be painful especially if your breasts are engorged. I’m currently breastfeeding for the first time and have tried to hand express and I didn’t have a pump and was engorged and I couldn’t tolerate it.

Well, when's your 1st time, it can be difficult... The baby can't connect to the nipple right away, or not enough is coming out... But with time, it gets easier and better.
When I had our 2nd child, my milk started even before I gave birth, but my daughter was a bit lazy to eat... So she only drank as long as it didn't take her too much effort, so I had to massage my breasts a bit, then squeezing the milk out... It's important to massage them, you can also use a water bottle with warm water and roll, so everything gets relaxed and also you lower the risk of inflammation.

@@ohyeagirl1111 yeah definitely. the kind of suction needed to dislodge a clog can't be achieved with a pump and definitely isn't sexual in nature. but I've never had an issue hand-expressing, possibly because I used the same kind of motions you'd use milking a cow? not my most flattering moment for sure lol but it worked, including when I was engorged.

So the couple with the reborn dolls, take time that could be spent with their real children to play make believe. Isn’t that some form of neglect? I mean, I get it that parents don’t spend 24/7 doting on their children, but it just looks like they don’t think their real children are enough.

They actually have two real human kids that need their attention and care. Doing this doll thing can also be harmful to children. For example, I do not use cuss word, my lifetime I probably use handful of time. My 4 years old actually experienced me said it once and he repeated for a couple of months. We have had to go to providers writing prescriptions for pasteurized human donor breast milk from a milk bank because so many body builders were purchasing the breast milk. Apparently the breast milk has stem cells that are believed to increase muscle mass faster during workouts. So now, new parents need that prescription to get milk for their babies 8:19

Because in this case it's absolutely sexual and a kink and that's why we find it extra disturbing. They can say whatever they want to come off as less cringe and disturbing but it's absolutely sexual. Women's breasts and breastfeeding is already heavily sexualized by society and particularly men which results in breastfeeding mothers to be judged when feeding their children in public. Breastfeeding have turned into an actual porn category when it's supposed to be a feeding method for babies.
That's why I find this disturbing.

I used to have these reborn dolls, dressed them up and placed them on the shelf. I did this because like that woman said, it was about the "newborn" feel. It was also after having lost a baby. After healing I've since sold them all. Sometimes I regret I didn't keep at least one. We have "kids" and our "kids" are our children and family and friends know to never refer to them as "dogs", they'll ask "how are the kids?" lol, it's been this way with ALL the kids we've had and we've loved them all as our kids. We lost our baby then couldn't have anymore because my husband was in an accident so we take our fur kids lives very seriously. They are our babies. My husbands sister breastfed her daughter (her youngest) until she was 10 yrs old, then the husband took over. She did this until she could afford having her breast implants.

That is one thing I was thankful that I was able to breast feed my children, both of them could not tolerate formula. It is an incredible bond between baby and mother that I find hard to explain. When my first son was born back in 1977, I got sick when he was two months old and was hospitalized. At the time it was unthinkable for babies come into the hospital. I was upset that I was separated from my baby and it was hard because I didn't feel sick even though the blood tests said I was. The surgeon and the hospital bent the rules and let me have baby in with me during the day. For me it made a difference being able to bond with my son and I was also content to stay in the hospital. While I was in for the week, I was diagnosed with a gull bladder problem. I ended up having the surgery sooner then planned because it was ready to burst. That was before the surgery was done by laparotomy so I had an incision. The second day after my surgery, I was breast feeding my son, and even though I was really sick it was still incredible being able to feed him.
While I was thankful to have enough milk to feed my babies, I couldn't imagine having an adult sucking on my nipples to get breast milk.

I have a giant stuffed Patrick Star. I have had him since I was 16 and am now 39 and married, currently with no children (hopefully one day, that’s an entire other story). That stuffie has seen me through the best and deepest darkest times of my life and looks like a pancake at this point now… and when we get in an argument, I still cuddle him, and sometimes still do just because. He is a comfort thing for me, but a lot of the time, he just sits leaning against our wall. I don’t treat him like an actual child.
This doll stuff… this is just weird. You have actual children, which so many people, myself included, would die to have. Be in the moment of raising them to be amazing people. Stop being stuck in the mindset of them being a baby. I have a nephew who is almost a year old and can’t believe how much he has already grown, but it is so wonderful to watch!! He is so smart, I can’t wait to see the places he will go!! Yes, they are absolutely precious and adorable when they are tiny, but that’s part of the miracle of life… is watching them grow into their own❤❤❤

It depends on what you are eating... I was on a raw vegan diet during the pregnancy and 1,5 years later.. because the smell bothered me... I was only capable of eating fruits, vegetables, nuts... So I also tasted then the milk... It was like almond milk... But in my 2nd pregnancy... Omg... I craved so bad for meat, especially not well done... After consultation with my gynecologist, he said listen to your body.
My milk was a bit different and it didn't have that nutbased taste.

I have breastfed my husband... But not for any enjoyment. There's been a very small handful of times where I've been engorged, had a blocked duct, or been stuck away from bub for an unexpectedly long period of time, and hubby has had a drink from me directly to ease the pain and help in those moments (this is usually after hand expressing doesn't relieve enough - my babies have always been HUGE drinkers and I produce heaps but suck at pumping, so if bub can't latch or feed for whatever reason it's agony for me).

      @StormMackenzie 4 місяці тому +2

@@CourageUnderFire87 no I did not? 😂 Not everyone has a pump, and I certainly wouldn’t carry one with me everywhere even if I had one. I had one that I hired when my Bub was in NICU, a hospital grade one, and it kinda sucked. Didn’t empty my breasts, didn’t help with engorgement and definitely didn’t help with blocked ducts. I’ve tried quite a few and had no luck with them, so there’s no way I’d justify spending so much money trying more when they don’t help (and I get next to no output from them) anyway. But I have had access to them before… but a lot of people out there wouldn’t. It’s kind of a higher end product, something only people in better off societies have and have access to. Many people don’t have that privilege.

This is absolutely sexual to that couple and a kink and that's why we find it extra disturbing. They can say whatever they want to come off as less cringe and disturbing but it's absolutely sexual. Women's breasts and breastfeeding are already heavily sexualized by society and particularly men which results in breastfeeding mothers to be judged when feeding their children in public. Breastfeeding have turned into an actual porn category when it's supposed to be a feeding method for babies.
That's why I find this disturbing.

    • @littlepumpkinseed

I feel like context is important. Breastfeeding (in public) should be normalised and not be sexualised at all!! Never.
But I feel like within a relationship to feel attracted to a mother woman's body is not bad in itself. Of course, concent and how you interact and use your words are very important and vary hugely per individual. I feel like if the relationship is only based on a specific bodypart or act, that is a huge red flag! I do believe kinks can be expressed in a healthy and respectful way.

Being so full all the time & having to pump for ages. If he can help her during those times, good on him for giving it a go & if he ends up liking it, no harm done. I worry about the real children of people playing with reborn dolls. As a child of a very mentally ill mother who mothered her dog to an unhealthy degree (she was later institutionalized). I never felt secure and safe and the feeling of "something is wrong with mom" hovered in the air. It's not normal to watch your mother treat a chuck of silicone like it's your sibling. I've had a miscarriage, it's traumatic, but you can't fill that hole with a doll, it's not real.
