Our nominated charity is' "It's in the Bag"' a Testicular cancer awareness charity. itsinthebag.org...
They provide hands-on support for men with testicular cancer in the South-West of the UK, as well as raising awareness of the disease across the region and beyond.
It’s in the Bag is run by a group of testicular cancer survivors with support from specialist National Health Service staff.

The idea is to train and eat spicy consistently everyday until your body has build its tolerant for the heat. Don’t think of the heat. Good job paresh!

Awesome, I which I could participate in one of these events. Love spicy food and just ate a fresh Naga Jolokia before watching this. Great way to get your metabolism up in the winter. Im still sweating. 😄
Hot peppers are the best. I eat them almost every day.

My everyday meals are not meals without my home made seasonal hot peppers sauce! .. first ghost peppers then habanero, cayenne and jalapeño all hot as hell no one can beat that!

@@MistyRitz0101 I grow some of my own. But I take those, scotch bonnets," like their flavor", ghost peppers and dice them up with organic garlic, pink Himalayan salt, garden grown basil, cilantro and grapeseed oil. Stir it up let sit for a few weeks and put that on your pasta with wine sauce. In cabbage rolls, you name it. You can also mix cayenne peppers in it. I make different ones for different dishes. Soooooooo gooooood lol 🤣

Yep it's been a long 18 months; fingers crossed! All the events held are within the current local health guidelines etc. The organsers have gone to great lengths to put on there festivals.
We hope to attend a few more events this year and share the heat. Cheers EHC
I love spicy foods but I don't have the stomach for them I got an ulcer from eating hot foods. Not only do you got to withstand the heat but your stomach has to hold up also.

Hi Niraj, The Scoville Scale and Scoville Heat Unit (SHU) were named for scientist Wilbur Scoville in 1912. At the time, Scoville worked for a pharmaceutical company named Parke-Davis where he developed a test called the “Scoville Organoleptic Test” which is used to measure a chili pepper’s pungency and heat.

Never allow any Indian to contest at chilli eating events because he will win anyday against anyone . Nobody can come near us as there is a saying we Indians eat habanero for breakfast. We are used to very spicy food.
I would say I agree if Chengdu wasn't famous for hotpot which is what I grew up eating here!

Great heart from almost all the competitors. BTW does anyone know of a superhot variety that does well in very hot, humid weather. I've had some success with Brainstrains, Chocolate brainstrains, and chocolate reapers. Not much else though.
All of them as far as I'm aware. The origins of all the superhots that I know of are from really hot countries like the Caribbeans India etc or go with the pure old strains like ghost peppers 7pots red saving habaneros.

@@tbabubba32682 they should all be fine the only reason I cam think you're having problems is a lot of the newer superhots have been crossed with less tropical species other than that I don't know. Thinking about it tho the reaper has jalapeño in it so 🤔🤷
