For me, I started partying and drinking and was trying to fuck as many girls as I could after my last ex broke my heart. What I realized that none of that stuff made me happy or helped developed me as a man and as a result I looked at aspects that could make me a better man and to not make the same mistakes. I looked into religion more, tried to change work ethic and seemed more self-improvement because those are factors I can control and that will stay in my life forever.
