From what I have experienced as well as from what others have spoken to me, about, I wouldn't buy it, even if it was sold to me for $1. One person I know who did actually buy a home that was said to have many spirits in it, spent the night in it. Nothing happened that night. It was only after spending 2 weeks in the property that the spirits began appearing, also, "things" began to happen. One night he was asleep, in his bed, laying on his side, when he woke up, felt like someone was lightly trailing their fingers up & down his back. The next was during the day time. He was eating his lunch at a table in the kitchen. He reached for the glass of water, it was moved a couple inches to the left. When he reached for it again, it was moved close to the edge of the table. He said he spoke out loud, to whatever or whoever, "Okay, you can have it, I'll just go & get one for me." He said he heard what sounded like soft laughter that a woman would sound like. There were other occurrences, nothing harmful until 4 months after he had been living there. The lights in his bedroom would be flicked on & off throughout the night. He would wake up in the morning to find that every door in the house was opened wide, including the main front door & back door of the house. Nothing harmful, just annoying. The land which the property was built on was worth more than the house, itself. After a few months, he decided to completely raze the property. He even had fresh soil brought in to replace much of the soil that had been there for many decades. He left the land vacant for 2 years, giving the spirits time to move on, to be at peace. He sold half of the ten-acre plot, then, built his own custom home on the 5 acres he had. People who visit him, say that they feel a happy, calming presence in his home. There have been just one or two spirits that have visited, just an apparition that would appear then vanish after a few seconds.

The reason why the house is priced so high, because you can see the Baker hotel from the porch. It's in the historic district of the town. I can see the tower of the Baker hotel from my front porch. Don't know if that house is haunted, it is creepy when you walk up to it. Mineral Wells is a very haunted town, that's a fact..

Never EVER going back again. The spirit realm is definitely REAL. Thing is, I have a hard time believing that God would allow a child to be like that, so I'm certain it was an adult spirit posing as a child. It's so crazy.

There is concept of KARMA ... got everything we think speak and do comes back on us . There Is No Escape from our own Karma . I was once saddened and disgusted hearing the news about 10 years ago of a toddler who fell into a cesspool and died a really horrible death as you can well imagine . I was crying and praying for him ... but I also know about Karma and it is quite possible that in another life ( and that is another thing that a lot of people don't believe but I do believe reincarnation exists in some cases ) ... it is quite possible that he in another life had done some really terrible things really Dreadful things and maybe even had thrown a child into filthy water to drown . Karma does not teach us to harden our hearts but instead to have COMPASSION for ALL beings , including OURSELVES . So even if one believes in Karma and you think will it is that person's Karma that horrible things have happened to them ... one should still have compassion for that person and pray for them . So how is it a person could be reincarnated ? Some people especially when they become Buddhist VOW to come back in another life to help ALL BEINGS . These people are called bodhisattvas . Some of them don't even realize who they are until some point in their life because they are always driven to put others before themselves . So how could a person go to heaven and reincarnate ? I don't believe all people go to heaven right away . Just because the person was maybe Wicked in their lifetime and then cries out to Jesus when they are dying doesn't mean they get a free pass . Just because Jesus saves and has forgiven the person doesn't mean he's not going to say okay All Is Forgiven but you still have to do your time . I believe some of these people end up in the lower Realms where some of them are in some of the misery they have created for those around them . The spirit's and entities are very particular about which humans are allowed to stay. Only those with pure intentions are allowed to stay. I don't blame the entities and demons because humans rarely follow through with their promises to help them and we wonder why they don't trust us.
