    Humara area jo pehle reserved tha for vegetable market ab NIT ne residential mein convert karne ka decision le liya hai on 25th June . Toh ab RL ki procedure k liye kya karna ladega? NIT mein jaana padega ya woh log online karenge?

    Hello sir, maine 1500 sq feet ka plot map sanction kiya hain city survey office se.uspar ground floor aur 1st floor sanction hain but main ground floor parking ke liye ghodake 1 and 2 nd floor par construction karna chahata hu.FSI 1 hai.kya mein 2nd floor par construction karu.

    Is RL possible without registry? Someone has only Power of attorney and he said he has RL demand paid. I am confused how he paid its RL without sale deed/registry? Its on Hudkeshwar Road, Nagpur.

    Sir mera plot par old dp road tha jo nit dawara rejected ho chuka lekin nit to barkhast ho gai ab nmc me RL apply kiya to wo kehte hai hume nit se letter nahi mila system me dp hai to RL nahi niklega area MLA ya lider se milkar sabhi dp road plot owner baat karo aap batay kaya kare location .kalamna.nagpu 18 mitter /12mitter dp road

      Ho Sakta hai dp road agar cancel huwa Hoga to shayad system me update Nahi huwa Hoga...Khair dp road hone na hone se fark Nahi padata...magar apka plot jis layout me hai oh agar develop Hu chuka honga toh apko RL ki demand notice ayega tabhi apko development charg Bhar kar RL milega.. aur rahi baat Nagpur gramin area me nit Ka nam badalkar NMRDA huwa hai..MATLAB nit aur NMRDA ek hi hai..

      Sorry main apka sawal Nahi samj paya...apka kahana hai ki apka plot jis jagah par hai oh pehale dp road tha..Jo ki bad me dp road cancel hokar uspar apka plot Bana hai..toh apko nit dwara road cancellation Ka final notice Milne tak rukana hi honga..aur sabse badi baat agar phale dp road tha toh us par koi bhi authority nit / NMC layout ko sanction hi Nahi Karti..aur ag I'mar layout ko authority dwara sanction mil chuka hai toh RL bhi jarur milega..

      जी नहीं अभी फिलहाल Rl के लिऐ कोई ऑनलाइन सुविधा नहीं है। और रही बात डीपी रोड के बारे में पता करनेकी तो..आपका आरिया जिस अथॉरटी डिपार्मेंट के तहत आता हैं ..आपको उसी अथॉरटी डिपार्मेंट के ऑफिस से पता चल सकता है..(अगर एनएमसी में आता होगा तो नएमसी से पता चल सकता है और अगर NMRDA में आता होगा तो NMRDA के ऑफिस से पता चल सकता है)

    Sir, i have one question. Our plot was actually 1830 sqft. After road development, it got reduced to 1762 sqft. So if we want to sell our plot then selling price to be calculated on 1830 or 1762 ?

    hi, Mera plot NA hai par RL nahi. Corporation me hai. Muje loan nahi lena hai. Kya main bina map pass kiye ghar bana sakta hu? Kya main 3 FSI use kar sakta hu jabki 2.5 allow hai aur NA plot pe additional FSI purchase ke liye apply nahi kar sakte. Please help, thanks.

      You can find out from the layout developer, the layout in which you want to buy the plot. The second important thing is that rl is also necessary in rural areas, and rl is given on the basis of layout development.

    My plot does not have RL due to dispute b/w Land owner and society owner. This issue is with all society members living in 3acre land including mine. NIT says that you have court issue in ur layout so we will not issue RL till it resolve. How to communicate with you sir....
