It’s just wonderful to see that people respect this girls and appreciate their football.
Both teams were extremely unlucky and not playing their utmost best, but despite that it was clear the Netherlands was stronger here so they rightfully won. New Zealand did great though, all things considered (abusive coach before this one and all that)
NZ is like Australia, both national team need some serious training, plus both team need to play a lot more friendlies to really get results. Again both teams are unable to finish the job. Individual players are excellent, as a team...0.
the goalkeeping has been outstanding the entire tourny... you clearly dont watch much female soccer because this has been a display of sheer brilliance in goalkeeping compared to in Germany in 2011 and ESPECIALLY in 2007.. am captivated by correa and blown away by Christiane Endler for Chile.. but all keepers have been sensational peng shweng from china too, damn so many amazing saves
So cool to see the dutch fans travelling to watch their women playing soccer, awesome! Dutch fans got to be one of the best in the world, they're supporting their sportman whatever the sports they're in, especially F1 with Max, my 2nd favorite sport after soccer. Amazing!

Lieke Martens first touch was absolutely immaculate today, every time she was given service from afar no matter the speed of the pass she just nonchalantly deadened it right at her foot. What a world class player. Van De Sanden and Miedema needed to slightly better today and will need to going forward but 3 points is 3 points and New Zealand always knew what they were trying to do today which is park the bus and hope they could sneak a goal which they nearly did a few times
@@Scriv17 possession was 70-30. Shots were 15-6. Corners 8-1. I hardly could say they controlled the whole match. They got their best chance off a defensive howler from Bloodworth and had 2 chances the rest of the game meanwhile we were in their half with the ball every other minute. Just had to finally break them all the way down
So proud of the football ferns, we were so unlucky not to get anything out of that match. But that takes nothing away from the Netherlands who had their share of the chances too. Well done to them, just a wonderful football team. We'll get ya next time. :)

It opened up the gap Jill used. This time the other defender fell, so she couldn't guard that long corner. And the second row at the 16 meter line appearantly was tired and stood still. If the ball had bounced back, the Dutch would have easily gotten a second chance to score.
