Impressed you asked this question, So these are the certs/courses which grooms and nurtures you as a full blown business analyst and when you additionally learn to interact with Salesforce ecosystem utilizing all your BA skills then you’re known as a SF BA.

I am into IT Recruitment since 8yrs and from last3yrs was handling Salesforce based hirings. I want to switch in SFMC or Salesforce Business analyst can you suggest which path is relevant for me as you have already worked in one of them also in terms of financial growth hike what we get in BA, as in marketing cloud I think learning SQL and HTML is imp which might be an issues with me, though I did Btech but a long back

You can start from BA and then once you get your hands dirty with functional side. You can later decide if you wanna go deeper into niche skills like CPQ, Marketing Cloud, FSC or something else.
