GOOD video very well explained 👍🏻
For those of us who have rocks have they come up with a thing like New Holland has fast change Shear head that prevents the rest of the country bar from being damaged
The CNH Discbine utilizes ShockPRO hubs for their shear protection. These hubs only drive over few center splines unlike the Massey Ferguson Hesston shear protection that is driving off of ALL input splines. When CNH went from the MowMax to the MowMax II, one of the main improvements was to enlarge the ShockPRO hub. Massey Ferguson Hesston has always offered a heavy shear protection system that only yields when it has to.
@@VahrenbergImplement thank you for explaining it better to me
Great video!
Thank you for the Comments.
Why is that hitch beam so long??
So you can get a full width cut on either side of the tractor. The Wider the Width of Cut the Longer the Tongue has to be so it can cut the full width. Hesston Innovation. Did you know Hesston was the First to Use HydraSwing Tongue?
does anyone have a problem with getting a clean cut. i have a mf 1383 that constantly leaves strips between each module i,changed knives ,speed height, angle nothing seems to improve the cut. what am i doing wrong.
We have no issues with the 1383. It's actually the same cutterbar as the WR Series Self Propelled and the leader of that industry. 1) My Questions would be Blades? Are you using the original equipment blades from AGCO Parts? 2) What kind of crop are you cutting and how heavy is the crop? In the back of the Operators Manual there are tips to try under Troubleshooting. Light Crop too high RPM can create "blowdown" of the crop might lower RPM or driving too fast or Knife angle or improper blade length.
You should follow some of the equipment to the customers fields and film it in action. You can give a sales pitch all day, but proof is in the field. You well know there’s not many videos of Massey hay equipment in the field on UA-cam, especially producer content.
I would love to get some in field footage. It's hard to get away from the dealership but I will see if we can arrange to film some in in-field action. I'd love to see that too. Need to get customer to show how they farm with Massey Ferguson. I really love seeing owners videos & them discuss their equipment and how they use it.
