The completed omnitrix also has measures accident hackers and psychic attacks. So Ben will likely snap out of his hypnosis as soon as he transforms. The playlist will mostly remain the same. I say mostly because alternate timeline. But why would 10 y/o Ben get the completed omnitrix? Did Azmuth of this timeline not give up? His story would be different. That's all i could think off.
The way toys like Buzz took their roles too seriously, Im surprised they still voluntarily went into toy mode around humans. And didnt just go all "you, giant alien. Tell me the whereabouts of Zurg!"

I always thought that that he thinks it's some kind of cultural tradition to freeze when their leader appears. He saw that everyone was doing that, so he went with it. He got Andy's name under his foot and buzz response to it is that their leader has accepted him into their culture. He probably thought that Andy and every other giant is some kind of God, and that the pourpous of Andy's toys was to serve him with entertainment and being played with. It could also explain why he, an obvious human, didn't question why everyone looks like a toy or is in a bedroom in which THE buzz lightyear should have probably been familiar with. He thinks he's on a very weird toy planet and that that he's the only one who's not a toy.

Plus I can easily see possible 2nd Part to this particular What If Story's universe. You could have Chicken Pete not Just look for Woody for his "Woody's Roundup" collection, but also Mr.Incredible for Pete's "The Incredible" collection too. This way you can introduce ElastiGirl and Frozone as Mr.Incredible's Tv Show/Movie Teammates. You can even bring in other Supers like Gazerbeam, Blazestone, Dynaguy, Blitzerman, Downburst, Everseer, Gamma Jack, Hypershock and Stratogale etc. as secretly Villain Toys like Stinky Pete.
