I guess they're really going to go for a full blown affair at this point. I mean --- the bed, right there, lmao. But I also feel like they cut some dialogue right before the kiss because that didn't flow. Still. I'm here for ittttttttt, it'll be carnage, that's for sure. Harper has it bad! "I'll fight for my marriage" she says seconds before she kisses Phil.
I thought that too. It was awkward and like something was missing
I had another thought: it seemed to me that after such a dialog there was a very passionate kiss, but then they decided that it is too much (for this series), and they cut it. So they shot a more chaste kiss instead of that.
Yeah the whole last scene is a bit of a mess. Harpers expressions don’t fit with what Phil is saying and the kiss is awkward. Those takes have a different tone to the rest of the scene. Might be filmed later or before.
