That's because this product doesn't treat strawberry skin. BHA acid exfoliants do, doing physical exfoliation (like you see in the video) doesn't help it.

I am glad she tried it on short coarse hair. Because mine is so tiny and didn't know if it will work. This clears that up.
Will work on both short and long hairs :)

2. It's very expensive
3. It takes up more space in your shower than normal razor
4. Could cause rashes
5. They have responded to most comments which normally means that they are trying to get you to purchase indicating their product is not doing well which means there is probably more issues.
Buy if you want, but those are some negative things I noticed.

It works, I use a cheap dupe from SHEIN but it takes a lot of time and especially strength to get the hair off. It also doesn’t give you razor burns, so I appreciate that and it doesn’t flare up my eczema.

@@MyBleame a glass nail file is still a nail file. It grows dull after time needing to throw away the whole thing and buy a completely new one. Id rather just buy new blades for my razor they only cost a few cents and are 100% recycable metal...

Haha you seem to be the kind of person that expects immediate results. She more than likely just started using this product over shaving, you can't just assume the issue will resolve after a few uses. Improvements happen over time just as well as problems form over time.

Here is my Honest review on this
Pros:
Less strenuous than shaving and waxing
Cheaper alternative
Easy to use
Also exfoliates skin and gives a smoother finish
Might prevent ingrown hair and strawberry legs (this is just a speculation, takes time to see this result)
Cons:
Should be used gently (do not run faster)
Takes a long time to get clean skin
Can irritate skin so should be used cautiously, do not rub continuously at same place
Can peel off skin's outer layer if used vigorously (happened to me)
Not that efficient in some areas (sensitive skin and narrow areas)
Kinda has sandpaper vibe (but not hard like sandpaper, it is soft)
Tips: use it only on dry skin, do not use it on wet skin or with shaving gel (this is very important), Also exfoliate and hydrate the skin before using it
Overall: wouldn’t say the best, but worth a try. Definitely worked for me and gave a smoother finish, but if used for longer periods it causes damage to skin. Not the best method of hair removal. You need to take all the precautions you would take for other hair removal methods. I personally felt that waxing is better and safer than this. Again all of this is based on my experience, not a generalized review.
Did it remove the hair better than a razor would? I feel like they don't really show the result in the video. Like by smoother finish do u mean that it gets rid of all the hair? Or will it leave a small stubble

@@lindseykoetze9228 It did remove the hair well, but I think that this is not the best method for hair removal, the hair takes longer to grow back compared to shaving and gives a smoother finish than shaving, however I felt that this is not for people with sensitive skin, if not used properly it could peel off skins outer layer
@@noemitellez3098 Yes it does have a sandpaper kind of texture but not as hard and harsh as sandpaper, if not used properly it could cause damage to skin, also it took a really long time shave, I think this product is ideal to use on legs and wider areas, it has to be used gently
When you get this product don't rub it to many times in one spot or it will burn but otherwise it works very well and takes the dead skin cells and removes the hair amazingly. It left my legs very soft.
I would personally opt for Nair instead since it’s a very easy and painless process and it only take a few minutes and it removes your hair from the roots, doesn’t give you ingrown hairs and it lasts a while. (Make sure to patch test before trying something you have never used)
And made of a bunch of chemicals you forgot that part

Uhm this actually works. I ordered it at my country (I don't live in Us or something) and my skin didn't hurt or making it really red. (My mom actually buy this not me ;-;) and at first I was complaining to my mom. I thought it would hurt because a lot of people complaining their skin is ripping off and then when my mom try it it doesn't turn red or the skin ripping off. I used something similar and its been over a month of trying and my hair has not grown back or grown back in some areas which i usually have haor grow back fast after shaving or wax. Maybe it doesnt work for everyone. It did for me.

Yeah, I've never used one but it honestly looks like it would only work on flat areas, like your legs. I don't think you could use it on bikini line, underarms, etc

I have one, it is a little harder to get into those weird areas haha. I wiuld say it works like magic for my legs and arms but i still use other hair removal methods for the rest cause I don't feel like rubbing it on my more sensitive areas yknow.

If a product premises you everything, then it doesn't do anything. How can it condition skin? It removes hair by friction. And no, it won't remove irritation. For it, you must pay attention for razor to be disinfected and your legs to be clean (plus peeling). For strawberry legs, ingrown hair wax really helped me

The product isint a scam but false advertising it’s meant for more fine hair for coarse hair it won’t work unless you use pressure and that might give you a burn or rash, strawberry legs come from being to rough on the skin on constantly shaving an area; baby oil w/ aloe Vera has helped me with that issue

READ THIS BEFORE USE it does work but please be careful do not use any alcohol or rubbing alcohol on your skin.. Your skin will turn red and start itching so bad.. i’m not saying it’s a bad product it does work and it’s great with my legs and arms but as I said do not apply any alcohol or rubbing alcohol to your skin and if you already did this it’s OK just make sure you don’t put any lotion or oil on it because it will not make it better and do not put alcohol on the bumps it would not go away it would just make it worse if you already have bumps on your legs/arms just make sure you apply some medication cream for itching

You can apply moisturizer after shaving :)

Works on legs, arms, chest, back, knuckles, and bikini lines. However for bikini lines, it depends on the coarseness of the hair and you have to be gentle.
It doesn't work on bikini line and would be hard to use in places like underarms

Hi! If your skin is too sensitive and easily gets irritated by rubbing, we won't recommend it. If you use it with a shaving gel/cream/butter, it might be okay because those will add protection on your skin layer. But please use it on the small patch of area first and see how you feel afterwards before using it on all of your desired areas :)
