This time again I have brought to you the new but old recipe of Mutton. This dish is one of the oldest in Nepal. In the past, it was customary to cut the goat only in Dashain and store the meat hanging on fire for several days and then gradually mixing the meat with some vegetables. So this time we have also shown you how to dry the meat of goat on fire for a few days and cook it with green beans. Please don't forget to comment if you like our video.
