My Rv cable tv has never worked. I dunno if it worked from the factory or not as we owned this rig for 4 years before I ever tried it. It is a combo roof antennea +cable tv. I find no switch to switch the antennea box from rooftop to cable. Does it just KNOW & automatically switch? I tested all the cables & marked them so I know which cables goes where. The rooftop ant USED to work but we did not try the cable until lately. My dealer is 240mi from us OR $100 in gas to get to him. Whats a mother to do? !
Too bad we may need to find factory damaged lines hidden the RV.. A TDR.. Time Domain Reflectometer would determine where there is joints, dents and damage or the ends of coax but those only tell you how many feet to the damage. Damage causes loss or reduction of signal. Good luck.. tks for the info..

It's why I always say "the only thing that works on a RV is the owner"...
Appreciate it.
