Diothar has had us play Naban Wizards twice in Modern, but in this TRIPLE DIP he wanted us to try it out in Pioneer!

This is the best version of the Naban deck so far across the Pioneer and the Modern versions. Very cool

On the Thief of Sanity topic: I have a deck in Historic Based around Dreadhorde Arcanist, featuring Thief. The Historic version grinds down the opponent with Dreadhorde Butcher and Rekindling Phoenix but the toolbox package under Arcanist includes things like hand hate, shocks, opts, raise deads and Maximize Velocity, and Velocity is the card that glues the deck together, while the raise dead effects grind your opponent out. Under a Pioneer shell I can see the options getting an inch better.
