This is one of the Hockenheim cases. All these beautiful straights and highspeed corners converted into chicanes where the drivers aren't even able to reach 80 kmh
@@azam829 This version of the circuit is shorter than the current version. The current length of the mistral straight (with the new chicane) is similar to the length on this circuit
Entering a corner after an entire straight at almost 300km/h done with only one hand on the steering wheel? _They can do better than that._ *And safer.*
@@fredphilips5320 I highly doubt they can use a manual as effortlessly as drivers who always used manuals lol. Same with old drivers, they probably can't use all the buttons of a modern F1 car. No point in arguing, different eras are just.. different. And if you think the 90s were "unsafe" what do you think about the 60s and 70s?! The only 2 deaths in 1990s, both 1994, were not due to car quality, but due to stupid decisions from SimTek and Ratzenberger, and Williams. And yes Imola wasn't the best, it already had a negative reputation and San Marino '94 was the icing on the cake.
Such a season.the cars.the names.the circuits. That wont come back.still one of the best seasons of all time
This circuit is good if we get rid of the dizzying tarmac runoff.
Looks a lot nicer with gravel traps
And the Mistral without chicane.
Yes! Unwatchable with those painted stripes.
The surface redesign is such a bruh moment

Because it was a test circuit, so it doesn’t make sense to damage your car if you go offline
