Taking on consinder most of this adults were kids when they first play banjo kazooie or/and banjo tooie it kind of makes sense, still funny.
My reaction to this was pausing the video when I first saw that jiggy and start to think about live, cause I pause the video and then procede I didnt got trolled by the duck Hunt 😂😂

I think my favorite part of all of these is just the absolute hype, level ten OMG banjo from everybody but everyone goes immediately to a 1 when Duck hunt shows up.
48:54 etika is basically me. I've never played a banjo kazooie game before but I have heard a little bit about him and thought he'd be a great character to join smash.
Should definitely play at the very least the 1st Banjo game if you can get a hold of it, it’s actually a pretty great 3D platformer, especially for its time. Sadly, unless you plan on emulating, it’s pretty difficult to come by, only official being available on N64, Xbox 360, Xbox 1 and I believe if you have gold membership, you can play it on the new xbox

Looking back, Sakurai is a genius, he knew Hero may only pleased Japanese people, so he also announced banjo to satisfy both side at the same time

@@wetube6513 Sakurai was hesitate about adding Corrin but his staff convinced him that Corrin would have a great moveset. The second reason is that Fire Emblem Fates was very popular in Japan, and Nintendo had to take advantage of it. RPG's since the beginning were made to appeal to the Japanese.

I didn't even have a Switch when this reveal came out but when it did, I was just as emotional. Banjo-Kazooie deserved to be in Smash since day one. It goes to show the franchise is not dead, we will show younger generations how great this series was until Banjo-Threeie gets made!!

Looking back at this direct, this was the only smash character reveal that legit made me so emotion, like I lost it after that Jiggy and then just seeing him appear afterwards shortly after made the waterworks even worst (The Duck Hunt bait and switch joke was funny to, nice tribute to Laughing King Dedede)! I would do anything to relive this exciting moment over and over. 🥹
