THANKYOU!!! OMG I've been avoiding color searching my super tips for the past year bc of how many countless hours over multiple different attempts to organize and arrange these -lol-i can relate almost identically with so many of the same still you had -including trying to find some sort of identifier by Crayola (number or name) or a universal chart and codes that must exist somewhere....? No... Kind-of, but not really... It's all subjective and then my husband don't understand why it matters at all to me or the need/reasons for Swatching (at all anything and that seems to be all that ive really focused on/accomplished with my art (literally) for the past 2 years now, on top of building my collection of different brands and mediums and coloring books and all the extra "needed" supplies for each type... I truly appreciated hearing you talk about a problem I've ran into as well (never expected anyone else to relate-but I haven't talked to anyone really either lol. Anyway, awesome video! Thanks 👍
Maybe the dm blue is dark medium on blue? Glad I can saw this video before buying. Can't believe they didn't put names on them. Definitely made me rethink getting.
I just got a set of small labels & colored each of the labels with the individual color & taped the label on the end of each marker so I can see at a glance what color I’m choosing 😁
This is great and is really helpful! I have the Crayola Super Tips and haven’t even attempted to color swatch them. I may be doing that soon, Thankyou!
This is great! I just have my markers numbered on my swatch chart and the numbers on labels on the marker itself and that works for me for now. Loved watching this video but I am frankly too lazy to go back and re-swatch my markers haha! I will save this video for future reference though! Thanks for sharing Lisa you are the best! 💜
Wow never thought I would have the names of Crayola colors . You Lisa are my hero . I would have lost my mind . Thank you for sharing. Enjoying your video . Wish I could use them , they pill my paper no matter how I use them. I really would like to know if the 100 pencils are the same .Blood red is supposed to be a bit brownish .You are so sweet to offer your color chart .You did an awesome job .
Awesome undertaking! I think you did GREAT - you’d think by now Crayola would put names or numbers on them, right? DM Blue - deep mineral blue? I’ve seen that in pencil sets.
Crayola colored pencils have names and I believe they are a match to the markers. You may be able to match up or double check that way! I wish they would just make it easy and put the names on them!
I Wish Other Marker Companies Like Vis A Vis And Sharpie Would Realese A Pack Of 100 Colors For Their Markers Without The Alchol Smell In Them! Come On!! Even They Have To Know That That Is A Great Great Idea!!!!
I ordered my Prismacolors based on gradation for each color family (to my eye)....Took me forever! I would ‘finalize’, type, print, swatch...and then make changes and start all over again! I can only imagine how tedious this was. I know when I look at the chart if a color is out of place it would pull my attention immediately, and I would have a hard time selecting exact colors when they are not adjacent. Each change you made would have a domino effect - I feel your pain 😆
Same here a while ago I got the 50 pack at Wal Mart and it Took Me Almost over 3 Hours Just To Make Sure That I Was Wrting down The Real True Name of the Color But I Finalee did It!! I Bet It Would Take Me 5 Hours Just to guess all the Color Names The Real True Ones In The 100 Pack!!! PS I Also Did Some Color Coding Right Next To The Written Names
Oh dear, this looks like a lot of work... I find it easier to bookmark colorhexa.com, search for the colloquial name of colour, then either approximate it with one of the swatched ones at hand, or, if I don't have anything similar, use the RGB value and the marker app find the name/number and purchase the nearest Copic/Prisma/etc.
If you go to "Jet Pens" on a google search for either sharpies or Sakura's (gelly rolls I know for sure) they list individually Every single name, number, and spec for both. And they have corresponding photos, that can be Extremely helpful for this issue with with of those products 😃 if you like I'll email you a photo of how I watched my sharpies and how I store them is also kind of neat and a little different (in an over the door 24 pockets organizer)
I use this case. But they do fit snugly in it. It is basically just a pencil case. www.amazon.com/dp/B01N6IGFL2?ref_=cm_sw_r_cp_ud_dp_NQBV1HB2AJQ56CY62467
I did but unfortunately with all the computer problems I’ve been having, I had to have my laptop set back to factory defaults and am now missing a bunch of my color chart files with this Crayola Supertips being one of them. So I’ll have to redo them all. Sorry about that.
Very helpful video! I actually went looking for a good case for my supertips and found your video. Great swatching color match up! What CASE are you using?...Thanks!
Yikes! It looks like you spent a lot of time with this (when you could have been coloring)! LOL. I’ve thought about swatching these so maybe I’ll use them more but I haven’t. I actually don’t like them that much but I need to keep using them before I decide for sure if I like them or not. I like your case. Can you link it or would any pencil case work? It would help if I had one of those as well.m so they would be easier to see.
My 50 Pack Had A Blue Called Cobait Blue Which Looked More Like A Black Blue But When I Looked It Up On Google The Images Showed It To Be Just A Plain Simple Medium Blue Crayola Aparentlee Dosent Know All Their Blue Names
These colors look really nice, eyecandy to a color addict like me. But I must say, the pens themselfes look horribly cheap and I probably wouldn't buy them if I saw them at a store. I know though that crayola is at least as well known, established and nostalgic in america like Caran D'ache is here in switzerland. Funnily enough theres barely any crayola products available here, I guess we're not a big enough market.

As a Crayola crayon enthusiast... I love Jenny's website! Her charts and listings have helped me so much.
Hi Lisa where can I get the colour switches you use in this video I would like to get it.
Wow Lisa, what a lot of work!
This is great and is really helpful! I have the Crayola Super Tips and haven’t even attempted to color swatch them. I may be doing that soon, Thankyou!
I'm so excited because in 3 weeks I'm ordering a bookshelf for all the coloring books I'll be buying

My 50 Pack Had More Oranges That I Called Orange: Light Orange: Sunset Orange: And Dark Orange
Where is the case from? It looks so beautifully organized
This is actually a pencil case from Amazon so the pens actually are kinda tight in it but it works.
@@LisasColoringCorner Can you pls link it?

Very helpful, I’m gonna try it
Hey Lisa, when did you buy this set? I got this set about a month ago and I don’t have the same colors you do? They must have changed their colors? 🤔

Lisa what case are you using for these? I have looked and looked for a case to hold my supertips, and your's looks perfect!

Hi, I just got them last week, do you have the pdf file with the names? Thanks

I believe I just googled crayola supertips color names.
Yes I did find your video very helpful.
Very helpful video! I actually went looking for a good case for my supertips and found your video. Great swatching color match up! What CASE are you using?...Thanks!
This is actually just a pencil case from Amazon so they do fit in the loops quite tight. I may look at getting a different case for them.
@@LisasColoringCorner well if you find one that works well could you mention it in a video? Thanks!
